Community amenities include: pool, jacuzzi, golf course, nature walking trails, a fishing pond, basketball, tennis & volleyball courts, pickleball, playground, kayak & boat ramp amongst others. 10 minutes to Bethany beach, close to Delaware state park beaches, easy drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, and OCMD. Fully stocked condo. Bring your own personal belongings, fitted bedsheets/pillowcases/towels/toiletries. The condo has a queen and twin bed in each bedroom and a pull out sofa queen in the living room. The eat in kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals and with a table for four. There is a second table for four in the dining room. The front porch has patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful bay scenery and wildlife. The screened in back deck has chairs to enjoy the views of the wetlands. This is a very quiet community with a lot of amenities, a short drive to the beach, and close to great restaurants and attractions. Community fee amenities include a nine hole par-three golf course with a pro shop. The community pool includes a pool house with restrooms, snack stand, large adult/children pool, jacuzzi, and a separate kiddie pool. The pool area has plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Second floor end unit condo (no elevator.).

Please: No pets, no smoking, no parties, no guests that are not on the booking. We kindly ask to leave all beach chairs, umbrellas etc, golf equipment, and any other outside used items outside of the condo.
