Great Beach House in Rehoboth Beach

A great place to stay in Rehoboth! Close to everything! Wonderful pool! The house was roomy and a very cozy home away from home. Quiet area at night and a nice place to take a walk our bicycle.

Great location

The townhome is very close to shops and a short drive to the beach. The home has a nice community pool and I enjoyed the back patio area for morning coffee. Host is great at communicating, kitchen stocked with all bakeware needs and affordable! I would stay here again!

Great cozy place to stay.

Great beachy vibe place to stay. Near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Great host with lots of communication. Only thing I would point out is I feel the cleaning service needs to do a deep clean, especially floors as our feet and socks were totally black. Other than that a great place to stay.

Great Everything

Great location, restaurants and stores right near by, very near the beaches, actually visited Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany which are near by. Also, went to NJ Aquarium . Area was great, pool was nice, Seafood restaurant near by was awesome. We also went on a dolphin boat tour which was the best we have been on, saw lots of dolphins and great sun pictures! Thank you for the stay!!

Great place for a stay in Rehoboth Beach

We had a last minute opening in our schedules to get away for vacation. We picked a winner when we chose Lisa’s home. She quickly approved our dates and was very thorough in giving us all the information we needed. Check in was a breeze, her home is lovely and has all the creature comforts for a relaxing stay. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and anything you might need. We would recommend her to anyone looking to enjoy the area and stay in quality accommodations .

Perfekt with small kids

Nice and fun property. The kids loved finding toys and old dvd/vhs videos. Generally well kept and clean but could have used a deep clean. Pool are is clean and nice and great access to route 1, Jungle Jim, and restaurants. Missed bikes or parking passes for easier access to the beach.

Spacious Property in a Great Location

Clean, quiet, lots of space to relax and chill. Our favorite restaurant Big Fish Grill is just steps away, which also allowed us to take advantage of the beach bus stop in front to avoid parking stress. Just beware that the trip back requires a little bit of an adventurous (but doable) walk across Rte. 1. Owner is very reachable and responsive, and we appreciate her interest in making sure we were pleased with our accommodations. Highly recommend.

Good value for families

Clean, well equipped kitchen. Room for six of us and two kids. Pool on site is fabulous. Neighborhood, despite being one block from Route 1, is quiet. Owner is responsive to emails, texts. Location is terrific: Beaches at Rehoboth and Lewes are both do-able. One screwup with washing machine affected our visit, but otherwise house was fine.

Great bargain, a little anxiety inducing.

This house feels like a visit to Grandma's house, complete with plastic covers on the furniture. The location is great and the house is comfortable enough. We did find a pizza box in the oven (before we turned it on, thank goodness!), a dead bug in the coffee pot, and the door to the master bedroom does not lock (challenging when traveling with young children). We have rented a house/condo for the past five years or so in the Rehoboth/Bethany Beach area. Our favorite beach is the one by Gordon's Pond so we don't mind staying off the ocean front. This particular house had more "don'ts" than most with post-it note reminders in several locations throughout the house, it was anxiety-producing for my sensitive partner and dampened some of the joy around our vacation.

Wow! Sorry to hear that instruction caused anxiety Stephanie! First time in 20 years I heard that! My guests usually comment that it takes the guest work out of figuring out how to maneuver the rental. Lol, there is no plastic on the couches, the comforters are there to make it easier to keep furniture clean. I did address my cleaning service about checking the oven and other appliances.Thank you! Hopefully you had a wonderful week, with private parking, community pool & pickleball and quiet neighborhood with lots of room! The house is very reasonable in rent so that my guests have money to enjoy themselves! Most of my guests having been coming back every year and making family memories 😌

Good Property

Typically we rent something a little larger. Our family of four with two small children go with my retired parents. We try to rent a place with a family room and living room so that my parents can seperate from our kids if they need a break. We typically reserve a place in February for August. However, with the pandemic this year, we were unable to reserve a place until July. The places we would normally rent were not available. This place looked smaller but we were desperate. I was worried we would all be right on top of one another. However, the layout is very nice. Lots of seating in the living room. A nice dining room table for sit down meals. The pool was lovely. The kids loved the bunk beds. The other community members we chatted with throughout the week were very kind. Traffic and overall crowdedness wasn't bad. I think a lot of people avoided the beaches this year. Although we didn't do the same activities we normally would, such as the boardwalk and kids rides, we still had a great vacation. We did go to Jungle Jim's one day. We went to Tower Beach for a few hours one day. We went and saw Jurrasic Park for $6 a seat. We were one of 3 parties in the the theater. We hit the pool up every day. We did have one morning that was blustery and rainy as Hurricane Isaias came through. I would encourage Lisa to store some candles someplace in the home. The power was out for a few hours. We didn't want to use our phones as flashlights because we didn't want to waste the batteries as we were unable to recharge them. There was one flashlight in the kitchen. The bathrooms can get pretty dark even during the day when the power is out. The house was clean. The AC, washer and dryer worked great. The rooms could use some new fans even if they are just $20 box fans from Walmart. Other then that the house is great. I highly recommend it. And, Lisa is great to work with. Very pleasent.

Great experience!

This little townhouse is perfectly placed in the middle of everything and a quick drive to anything you could possibly want! Outlets, beaches, restaurants, boardwalk, the community pool and/or Jungle Jim's! We quickly made friends with (permanent/long-term) neighbors and (vacationing/out-of-town) renters and felt right at home with everyone. There's definitely a sense of community as soon as you put your car in park. Once inside the home, there's plenty of space for everyone to sit and not be on top of each other. Little extras, like the games, playing cards, VHS movies (LOL) and throw blankets on the sofa were a nice little surprise. The few times I had problems within the home, Lisa offered to quickly get someone to the home to resolve the issue.

Fun Quirky Place

Communication with host was great, condo was larger than it looked in the pictures, pool is right around the corner and the Restaurant and marketplace within walking distance are awesome!

Great experience

This was a fantastic place! You could avoid the Route 1 traffic and drive to the beach in about 5 minutes. Lisa (owner) was wonderful and responded quickly when we needed something. I would definitely book again!

Family Beach Week

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with! Easy location to Rehoboth and Dewey. House works well for kids but could use some upgrades such as fresh paint, new toilets, and removal of some of the stuff. The pool is a short walk away and is small, but nice and clean. All in all, it worked really well for us.

This was the most comfortable home we've stayed in! The location is perfect, close to the beaches but beyond the beach traffic. Lisa was wonderful from the beginning of the reservation process right through to the end of our stay! We hope to stay here again next year! The French family
