FOR FAMILY STYLE TRIPS OR MULTI-GENERATIONAL STAYS:
All ages welcome! We can accommodate a combination of up to 20 total adults/children. Infants under 24 months (at your time of arrival) do not count toward your totals. Only the booking agent must prove to be 28+ years of age.

FOR ADULT-ONLY GETAWAYS, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, WORK RETREATS, OR FRIEND/COUPLES TRIPS:
We can accept a maximum guest count of 16. All adults attending must be 28+ years of age.

4 king beds (3 king bedrooms + one king bed located in the open loft), 4 queen bedrooms, and 4 twin beds found in one oversized bedroom. Here you will find an open floor plan with privacy in the bedrooms off the wings of the house and central entertainment found in the massively oversized kitchen and family room as well as in the game room with kitchenette below. (Games and amenities in game area are subject to change).

Our kitchen table seats 18 with an additional 6 person space at the center island. The floor plan is very open with multi-leveled extended decking that wraps around the lodge for outdoor enjoyment and views that carry into the rolling hills.

Additional amenities include: premium beds/bedding/linens/towels, two 6-8 person hot tubs, indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces with custom-built rocking chairs, large outdoor exploration areas, game-room on lower level (with shuffleboard, poker table, foosball, air hockey, video arcade games, books, puzzles, and movies), private theatre room, charcoal + propane grills, 6 large screen televisions with DirecTv (Big Ten Network included) with 4 of those tvs found in bedrooms, 2 blu-ray players with dvds, as well as Wifi.

We also boast 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 stove tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 kitchenettes (upstairs and down) and a fully-stocked kitchen. This place is a wonderful opportunity for family reunions, groups of friends gathering together, girls weekends or smaller corporate retreats!

We do not allow pets or party/event bookings.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The Hocking Lodging Company collects only the lodging total reflected in the reservation summary sent via email. This total is based on your registered and accurate guest count.

If booking MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR to arrival:
50% of the lease total + the full cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is automatically processed 30 days prior to the start of your reservation using the card on file. Because the cleaning fee is paid up front, the remaining balance will be lower than the initial payment.

If booking WITHIN 30 DAYS of arrival:
The full reservation total is due at the time of booking.

THIRD-PARTY (VRBO) FEES:
Any additional charges appearing on your credit card statement as Vrbo or other OTA (online travel agency) fees are collected separately and directly by Vrbo at the time of booking.
Hocking Lodging Company:
* Does not receive these fees
* Does not have visibility into these charges
* Cannot modify or include them in our billing statements

SUGGESTION: If splitting costs among guests, be sure to include both the Vrbo platform fee and the Hocking Lodging Company reservation total to calculate your true trip cost.
