This is a recently updated "Home Away from Home" themed condo with amazing Ocean Front views that you can enjoy right from the comfort of your "Home" - great beach views, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

Offering a panoramic view of the beach and ocean, this updated unit can sleep 6-8 people very comfortably. The master suite has a king bed, oceanfront balcony, and a very spacious en suite bathroom with garden tub/shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private balcony (with side view to ocean) and a full bathroom. We also have a sleep sofa in the Livingroom.

This condo offers an open plan, living/dining/kitchen area including a pull-out queen couch, moveable kitchen island, stocked kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Free high-speed WiFi, and three 39" wall-mounted flat screen TVs with cable channels. We have elevators in the building, but if you park on Level 2, you can just walk straight through to the condo with no stairs, for easy access and unloading.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes from Myrtle Beach airport. Two parking spaces are available in our gated garage for guests staying in our 2 bedroom condo.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus free disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with numerous mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Location!
Location of this condo is great. Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoying the view is the best. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The building itself is in need of upgrades. The pool area and hot tub were not the cleanest. Parking was convenient and being on the second floor allowed us to be able to unload the car without dealing with steps or elevators. The unit itself is perfect for two or four people. Would definitely book again.

Great Little Place
I stayed there with my 82 year old mother who lives in Myrtle. The unit is close to her house and very close to the Market Common which is one of my favorite spots in Myrtle Beach. We were able to park right outside the unit, which was great for her. It was well furnished with coffee filters, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and trash bags. The orientation of the kitchen table was a bit funky, as it was perpendicular to the back wall (not parallel as shown in the pics). Check in/out were both easy although the check out time was a bit early - 10 am. All in all it was a great place and we may stay there again in the future.

Beautiful views and lovely breezes
Our condo was perfect and was just as it appeared in the listing. Beds were very comfy, with lots of linens and cozy blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to get our vacation stated. We loved to watch the beautiful sunrises from the large second floor balcony, which was accessed by both the living room and main bedroom. The second bedroom with its own ensuite were perfect for visits from our adult kids. We used the pool, hot tub , gym and lazy river daily after a long walk on the beach each morning. We’ll be back again for the month next November !

Beautiful clean condo, gorgeous views!
The condo was clean and perfect. Cannot beat the view and the sound of the ocean from the balcony. Well stocked condo including extras like games, beach chairs, and fun books for those of us who love to beach read. We needed help one evening with an issue, and Todd came out to help us within minutes! Even though it was mid September, we were still able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella, so that was very nice. The lazy river was wonderful - it and the indoor pool was nicely heated. The spa was hot and available, but jets were broken and by the end of the day sometimes it had hair and such floating in it, but the pool and spa were cleaned and sparkling every morning. I would have liked them to be cleaned maybe once more during the day and the pool decks cleaned a little better each day, but otherwise, it was great. We tried the spa at the hotel next door, but that area wasn’t nearly as nice, so we stuck to the condo. Overall very nice, and the room was perfect! We’d definitely stay again.
