We had a great week of sun and shark tooth hunting! The property was exactly as described. Communication was easy, and the check-in process was a breeze. But… The view from the balcony is a must see!! would definitely have to recommend a stay with your family!

Relaxation at the Beach!

The property is lovely! Very clean and spacious. We stayed one week here and enjoyed it very much. The sound of the ocean from our deck and watching the sunrise were some favorites! The pools, hot tubs were clean and relaxing. And best of all was the few steps to the beach!

we loved balcony and pools and hot tubs! this unit is clean and fresh and the hosts checked with us to ensure we had everything. They also replied quickly. it was so great we had stay extra day!

Spectacular view

Very nice property with a spectacular view of the ocean. There were a couple of "little things" that need to be fixed and management was receptive to knowing about them, since routine cleaning would not likely pick up the need to fix.

Awesome views, geeat place!

I stayed with my 3 children (8, 11,13) and tgis condo had amazing beach front views on a convenient location. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we'll definitely be back. Pools were great as was hut tubs. Super clean. Able to unload car and parking super easy to find across the street. Host sent us places to try and was very responsive to questions!

Managing company was quick to respond and overall good property. Check-in process/unloading isn't ideal with only a little area to unload by the doors or parking across the street. Pool, kids pool, and lazy river were nice.

The condo overall was ok. There needs to be more lights or brighter bulbs in the bedrooms they were pretty dark. The faucet in the one bathroom was broken. The hot water only was mildy hot never really got hot no matter how long you let it run. The kitchen lacked a lot of essentials. No cookie sheet, pot holders, cutting board, decent sized pot, bowl. It was clean when we got there and the check in process was simple and smooth.

Great Resort but Misleading Open Amenities

The property itself was nice, but it was lacking some basic cleaning supplies for upkeep during stay. There was a broom but no dustpan, there were tabs left for the dishwasher, but actual dish soap would have been handy. The listing said all pools were open, however only the indoor pool was working. All outdoor pools were still being repaired from the hurricane and the outdoor shower was also out of order for cleaning off sand when coming off of the beach. Property was quiet and guests and staff were friendly.

Beds are so uncomfortable we had to adjust , air filters seems like they haven’t been kept up . It has a cigarette smell and I despite the cigarette smell that was one of the reasons why we decided to stay no smoking allowed. Pots where not in good shape

Not Coming Back Again

Check In process was the worst I have ever experienced. unloading area is small and no room, people that work there park their truck there taking up space. After 1.5 hrs finally got to the room, upon entrance carpet area was dirty and dirty wash cloth was at door entrance, just nasty. The Unit is dirty and and with damage walls at various places. Master bedroom shower had a dirty used wash cloth on top of the curtain. unpainted sports on the walls, stains all over on the walls. Writings on the sheets. Lack of utensils for cooking. Oven extremely slow to heat up. Dishwasher from Japan for one person. Like I said, place was never cleaned properly, it was just nasty, and the owner should be ashamed of renting this place out. Pictures are deceiving, the unit is small and dirty, poor lights, no cleaning supplies, and little dollar general vacuum they have doesnt suck at all. Dont rent this place, talked to few ppl in the building they all report same issues. OCEANONE horrible company and stay away.

Would not choose this place again. DIRTY.

Let’s start with the good... location was great, checking in and out is a breeze, communication with Julie was great. Very quick responses. Now onto the negatives... I normally don’t write bad reviews and I’m easy to please however this condo was a let down. You don’t get housekeeping throughout your stay which is perfectly fine, but if that’s the case, basic cleaning items such as a vacuum to sweep up sand should be provided. By the end of our stay our condo was disgusting (didn’t start off super cleaning either). Sponges to wash dishes were not provided and neither were paper towels or enough toilet paper for the week. We had to request more silverware as there weren’t enough for all of us. The batteries were dead in remote the entire stay and there were quite a few blown out light bulbs in the room. Not to mention this place is just DIRTY. Upon arrival we had to request for them to come clean the room. Ketchup all over the chairs, grease and fingerprints on the stove, the floors needed swept. The lights are dim so it gives the illusion the room is clean but it truly is not at all. It was quite disgusting. Lastly security on the premises are not great. I woke up for a run at 5am and there were people in the parking lot near the pool getting drunk and blaring music. Overall Myrtle is great but there’s much nicer places to stay for the money.

Hi Sayaka Thank you for your feedback, however, I am not sure your review accurately depicts your experience. Upon arrival, you did call the clean team back and they were there within 5 minutes, and remedied your needs in a few minutes. I apologize a few things were not wiped down. They were there and could have cleaned anything you wished. When you rent through VRBO/Airbnb, you are renting from a private owner. We do not run hotels, nor have staff onsite to do daily cleanings. You are welcome to order daily cleanings and pay extra to have it scheduled for you. Things I do supply and all you have to do is ask, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. (we used to supply more, however people are taking it due to COVID. If you request more, we usually do not say no to guests. I have to have enough for other guests arrival also and I am not sure when it will get delivered and when it will not), dish tabs, dish towels, hand soap, and dish soap. Per the contract, it explicitly states I do not supply paper products and you agree to supply your own, this would include paper towels and tp (even though I start you with 2 rolls). I supply dish scrubbers (not sponges, because sponges hold onto bacteria and are unsanitary). You requested more silverware and it was provided, however I am in here as I type this message and there seems to be plenty. I am also counting the bulbs that are out, and there are 2. If you needed batteries for the remote, we are just a phone call away also, and more are stocked in the unit. You just have to know where to look. The cleaners did mention the unit was difficult to clean up after your stay, and they spent extra time on it. Lastly there is a vacuum in master bedroom, and a broom near the washer dryer.

Great Location

The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. Being on the 19th floor gave amazing views. We were within walking distance to many great eateries and attractions. The outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs were closed due to hurricane Ian (as were all the ocean front pools). The only negatives were the overpowering smell of air freshener in the hallway and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. Overall, it was a perfect stay for our annual girls trip.

Too small

The first night we arrived was a Friday and since you cannot check in until 4pm ON THE DOT you do not have time to really do much the first day is a waste so, we went to the beach for 4hrs before going in for the night. I wanted to wash the towels to have fresh ones for the next day. Well, the washer was broken! I contacted them via text and was told no one can fix it until Monday, and was given an address for a local laundromat because that's what you want to do on vacation AT A RESORT is go to a tacky laundromat! Once Monday came and their mechanic looked at the washer he told us it was "unfixable". So we had to use a laundromat for the entire stay! The owner never offered us any money off or anything for the huge inconvenience. Not impressed at all. Next, my kids found a tampon and a panty liner in their bed that was made up as if it was clean! Disgusted! The place has dirty dusty walls, the leather sofa is stained and dirty looking, the pics online do not show the filth. Finally, I wanted to sweep the sand off of the floor but there was only a broom and no dust pan. We decided despite hating this rental that we would make the best of it anyway, well the entire resort had 90% ghetto people there who were smoking weed ALL DAY AND NIGHT on the patios you could smell it, on the beach people were openly smoking it and my kids saw it all. Did not know you can smoke it so openly there! Next, someone threw two FULL water bottles down from a balcony at my family TWICE and almost hit my son and daughter in the head. We didn't see who did it so we could do nothing about it. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS GHETTO PROPERTY AGAIN and you should not rent at this resort or from BIG FISH RENTAL.

Myrtle Beach stay

The condo was sparking clean and very close to the beach with a great view for a great price. Make sure to bring beach stuff as this place is not stocked with that stuff. Not a problem at all and they tell you this in the confirmation. It's also close to many things to do with in walking distance. We enjoyed are stay!

We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy.
