Lady Bug Estate ist ein modernes 4/3. 5 Haus auf einer einsamen Bergspitze mit einem spektakulären Blick auf das ganze Jahr über, und geräumige Rundum-Veranda. Es ist in einfachem Zugang zu vielen frei, preiswerten Aktivitäten, die unterhaltsam sind für alle Altersklassen.

Wo die Straße endet Lady Bug Immobilien beginnt. Alle Komfort von zu Hause in der Mitte der Natur. Kolibris füttern von der Veranda, Hirsch sind oft von der Küche gesehen, und Blatt Ändern Saison und der Frühling sind absolut atemberaubend.

Lady Bug Immobilien kann leicht Platz für 2 bis 12 Personen und hat eine Fülle von Annehmlichkeiten. Während sie auf unserer Seite des Berges abgelegen und einer von nur vier Häuser die Straßen sind gut gepflegt und leicht zu navigieren.

Dieses Haus ist warm und gemütlich, und ist ideal für Familientreffen, Treffen mit Freunden und anderen Ereignissen, und ist eine ideale Ausgangsbasis für Ihren Urlaub in der Smokey Mountain Bereich.

Quiet and relaxing “framily” vacation!

We had an amazing stay! I’ve never stayed somewhere that had a stocked kitchen like here. The house is clean. There is a lot of space and our boys (9, 9, 14, 14) loved the basement. The house is very secluded and quiet. Thank you for sharing your home!

We just stayed at the Ladybug Estate and it was perfect. We had such an amazing time and hopefully will be able to go back next year. The owner of the house was awesome and easy to work with. We really had such a great time and look forward to heading back next year....

Great weekend

We had a wonderful time at Ladybug Cottage. It was very accommodating, and fit our needs well. Accessing the cottage was a bit challenging! We must not have seen the part of the listing that said it was at the top of a steep drive. Very quiet and secluded though!

Beautiful setting

This home has a large secure porch perfect for dogs and children. The home is very well equipped. Four generations were well accommodated with baths and rooms. The location was a tad remote for our purposes, but the drive in is scenic. If you are accustomed to king sized beds, there’s a bit of adjustment.

Great Stay

Our family, 10 all together, had a wonderful time staying at Lady Bug. Close enough to town but far enough to be quiet and no traffic! So beautiful at night and we gathered at the amazing fire pit everyday for good conversation & watching wildlife. Table in kitchen let out so we could play games and have dinner all together. Downstairs game room was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying here if you want out of hustle & bustle of downtown areas. Dollywood 2 hours away and a snow tube adventure at Scaly Mountain was perfect entertainment for the grandkids!

rafting and ziplining trip

Our group of 9, consisting of 4 families including 2 children and 3 canine children, traveled to this home looking for a place to spread out while enjoying each others company, so that we would be in a home to enjoy rafting, zip lining, casinos, fishing and some swimming at the beautiful falls. At the beginning of our trip we initially thought this home was going to be out of the way but it ended up being in a perfect location to accommodate all of the fun we had planned. we were in the center of everything. This owner has gone above and beyond to make sure that this house was very well equipped and that her guest feel comfortable! Thank you Diane for a wonderful vacation!!

We enjoyed our second stay at Ladybug as well as the first which was two years ago. We did not take advantage of the new firepit as it was a little wet and we were busy. We appreciate the lovely view from the porch. This home is well suited to three generations of family. If you have a compact vehicle, it's going to be rough getting up the drive. We could not make the TVs work, but we could plug in via our tablets and computers. The price is right.

Nice, clean, surrounded by woods

Home was very nice and clean. It was stocked with all the living necessities plus WiFi and a game room with pool table. No real mountain views as surrounded by woods. Plenty of wildlife with deer and raccoons spotted daily. Less than 10 minutes down the mountain to river kayaking and many trails and waterfalls within short driving distance. We had to arrive in the middle of the night, very difficult to find for the first time in the dark. Use the written directions rather than your GPS. Very peaceful and nice porch to sit out on and enjoy the libation of your choice.

Peaceful Refuge from the World

The house is beautiful and very spacious. 3 levels and a wraparound porch on the mid-level. Plenty of room for 8 adults and one child to spread out and relax. The porch and the game room were the main gathering areas. The kitchen was fully stocked for a large group. Very peaceful and relaxing with no other houses close by. The property made you feel you were a thousand miles from anything, but activities were actually close by. River tubing and gem stone mining were just a short drive away. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a peaceful vacation. My family was talking about re-booking again before we had even ended our stay.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

The home is located on a beautiful mountain and is very secluded which worked well for our family. The home owner was very helpful when booking as well as being available to answer questions during our stay. It has plenty of room for a bigger family with the game room being a big selling point (pool table, darts, large TV for movie nights and board games). The only watch out is that this home is a second home for the owner which means that it is fully stocked with everything to include furniture, novelties, and very little room in the kitchen to store any of your own food or supplies. We used plastic tubs to keep all of our dry foods and snacks in during our stay due to no cabinet space. All in All, it was a beautiful home in a great location that worked well for our vacation.

Remote quiet mountain get away.

Enjoyable weekend get away. We enjoyed the home with our kids and grands. We had plenty of room for our small group. Did not even use the downstairs level and still had loads of room and fun. Kitchen well furnished and we needed for nothing. Gas stove was nice, fridge was spacious. Bedrooms were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Real nice fire pit out back and was nice in the evenings sitting around the fire. The drive up to the house is not as spooky as we expected at first. Take it easy and steady, and you will be fine. Only issue I would mention, the main floor bathroom has zero window covers. (Clear glass). Ensuring no one is outside on the porch is required before showering. Or just don’t use that shower.

Great Family Vacation House!

Our family and my sister's family (11 of us in total) stayed in this lovely home from Christmas Day through New Year's Day. The weather was cold, but we found the house to be warm and cozy. We especially loved the gas fireplace at night! We had a little trouble finding the house during the dark on the first night, so I would definitely recommend arriving during daylight hours if possible. We had no problems coming and going after that though. The young adult/teenage kids loved the downstairs game room, and there was plenty of room for all of them to sleep. This left the main floor living room and kitchen available for the adults, which we really liked. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home when we didn't feel like going out. Shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing were all located within a reasonable distance. We would definitely try to stay here again if we return to the area!

Pretty nice place

Just got back from our week stay at the Lady Bug. Lets start with the bad stuff. NAILS, LOTS OF NAILS in the gravel drive surrounding the house. TV lost signal at night when we wanted to watch the news. Pet stains on the carpets. Spider webs all over the exterior which was not really a big deal, but it looks like someone would be maintaining the house. Kitchen is small. The bedroom upstairs to the left, the bed is really hard!!! and the down stairs bed near game room is HARD too. And last, apparently someone has been smoking in this NON SMOKING HOUSE. Now for the good stuff. Game room is a plus. Nice, relaxing surroundings. Water is good. All in all, I would recommend this house to friends because its a great place. Just needs some TLC.

Judy Finally a realization- Why did you respond on VRBO when you rented this directly thru a realtor. I believe you took this up with them and they know that the nails were not in the driveway-- I had a tree fall on the house had it repaired in a week and then had the driveway regraded and re rocked, so there were no nails--you were apparently looking to find something wrong. Next time book thru me, My renters do not have any problems and if they do they call me directly and it is addressed at that time not two weeks later. Thank you

Georgeous, but Easily Fixable Issues

The beds were remarkably comfortable! Awesome mattresses. Although beautiful, virtually inaccessible. Directions missing critical information: watch for the ladybug sign & follow its direction, as I ignored it, went the wrong way, and nearly got 2 vehicles stranded. Just about everybody names their lease place these days; I wish I had known months earlier when I made the reservation that its name was critical to finding it. Master bathroom has no blind & you have to appear naked in the window directly facing the porch to take a shower. Since this home is shared and not for lease exclusively, I expected personal belongings, however, it was way too cluttered; stuff in the way in the master BR and in the kitchen. I accidentally broke one of three different sized ladybugs that go together by bumping it with my boot on my way from the front door to the front porch The runner at the top of the stairs has to be removed for the master BR door and the basement door to operate. The runner in the kitchen is curled & a trip hazard. I tripped on it three times. I hated that outdoor lighting is uncontrollable. One light shines directly into the master. I frequently want to turn off outdoor lighting to view the stars and everything clearly. If part of the same property, it would be a BIG plus to cut a trail to the top of the hill for a view.

Matthew I appreciate the review. Yes there is no curtains, as the open air reach out to nature is usually enjoyed by the guests Since there are only 4 houses on the mountain privacy is not an issues. Removing the rug is a good idea and I will take care of it when I go to the house for my quarterly update.

Home was beautiful and in an excellent area. Loved the wrap around porch and coziness of the home. Met all of our needs.

Christmas 2021

We had a great time staying at Lady Bug. Ms. Diane called us to make sure we checked in good. Even though it was Christmas Eve and I messaged her she was very polite and helpful! We had 3 children (younger then 7) and a toddler and even though I try my best to keep my 3 behaving well and with their hands off things. My 6 year old moved something around and my toddler broke something but she is very understanding if we let her know. In the future if we once again travel to the area and if Ms. Diane allows us to rent her home again we would love too.

Family Time

We had a wonderful time. There was plenty entertainment for everyone and enough space. Will definitely mark as a place to come again!

Great mountain retreat

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room in the house, the children had fun outside exploring. The location was also convenient, grocery store not far. We went gem mining which the boys loved. Arrive in the daytime since there are a few turns in the road. I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again!
