Spacious family house in tropical paradise, 3 min from beach

Spacious family friendly private beach house in a tropical paradise. Located at Residencial Lapas inside Punta Leona gated community with security 24/7. We’re located just 1 km from the beach. The house has four bedrooms with A/C, 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ ranch, private pool and stunning jungle views just behind the house. Wildlife all around: monkeys, macaws, coatis, and more. Access to Punta Leona club can be provided for a small fee charged by club management.

The house has two floors, in the main floor area there’s the kitchen, dining area, living room, shared bathroom and two bedrooms one of them with an additional private bathroom. Both bedroom have two queen beds.

In the second floor there’s one shared bathroom and two rooms, one has a queen bed and the other one has a bunk bed with two single beds and an additional small single bed. Both rooms have a window facing the jungle in the back.

The house has a social area in the front garden where you can find the pool and the charcoal BBQ.

Additional details:
- Very close to Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santa Maria. About 1.5 hours drive from San Jose.
- Charcoal BBQ available (charcoal can be purchased at local convenience store less than 3 min drive).
- Punta Leona Club Resort Access can be provided, the club charges a fee of 10 dollars per car and 10 thousand Costa Rican colones per adult subject to changes on high season payed just once on entrance. This fee is payed directly to the Club Management but we need to provide an access code with our membership. Punta Leona Hotel and Club has additional pools for kids and adults, volleyball, minigolf, daily entertainment, bar, multiple restaurants, spa, transport and private access to white sand beach Playa Blanca and beach soccer.
