3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice home and location

We traveled to FL for a day at Disney before going on a cruise out of Miami. This large house offered king/queen size beds for each couple plus room for the kids. We cooked meals at the home, hung out at the lazy river which is 2 minute walking distance from the house and included as part of the rental There was a tiki bar with great staff. Family members wished we could have stayed longer at this house but we were off to cruise to Mexico. We all had a great experience here. Made good memories.

Aesthetics Didn't Match The Ambiance!

The property's ambiance was amazing, but its comfortability didn't match its aesthetics. 4-5-24 1. We arrived at the property around 4:15, and the cleaning lady was still working on completing her duties. She was surprised to see us pulling up while she seemed to be folding towels. We had to give her a moment to remove all of her belongings. Visible hair was on the floor in certain areas, which led us to believe that there had not been a thorough cleaning. 3. That night, in the king's bedroom, up the stairs at the end of the hallway, there were bugs crawling all over the bed and the ceiling. 4. The water filter still hasn't been replaced as they stated would be replaced in a previous review. 4-6-24 1. After a report was submitted, VRBO had Pest Control contact me about the bug issue as opposed to giving them the report and showing them the video that I forwarded to them. 2. That night, the massive bugs didn't appear, but there were some that were dead and crawling on the bed and window post. VRBO offered me a $35 credit, what an insult. I contacted Vacasa, and they understood the disgust and comfort being compromised and offered a refund that made us feel like they empathized with us and cared about the customers. The host never called me about this issue!!!

Poor Communication

Property was clean, well taken care of. Contacted management first day there to ask to turn down pool heat. Wasn’t responded back till 5 days later. Reached out again, response was that I shouldn’t tamper with pool heater, which I didn’t even know where that was located. Still never adjusted heat temperature. Wanted it turned off, still no reply again.

Beautiful home!

This home is gorgeous. Only thing I could say that was bad was that the water filter was expired. Everything else was great.

Peaceful Vacation

This home was beautiful and clean. It was very spacious and accommodated all 9 of my guest including 3 children. There were enough supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent to get you started for a couple of days before having to buy more. This was nice!!! The pool is relaxing and the community pool and lazy river was nice. The property is located in a few peaceful neighborhood that made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. I would definitely be booking this home again!!
