Leave your worries behind in this spacious yet comfortable guest suite with private bath perched on a hill about a tenminute walk to Boston Beach, Boston Jerk Centre, and the main road. Close to what you came for yet far enough away to relax and be at peace.
Spacious combo bedroom / living room has two plush memory foam Queen sized beds, a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge, and a forty-three inch HD tv to watch Netflix and Disney Plus,or any other account you have. This space easily sleeps up to five adults and has a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and hot water kettle for tea/coffee. Three steps up and you will get to the owner's laundry room used for laundry service. Right beyond the laundry roomis your upgraded private bathroom with rolling shower door, rain shower head, and hot water to melt your troubles away.
You will have access to the patio, the pool, and the front yard.
PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

(1) Portions of the Public Road coming up the hill to the Property is unpaved and very rough. However, small cars with no 4 wheel drive make it up and down the hill all the time with no issues.
(2) Our internet is good and available in the room and on the patio. We use it daily for streaming, virtual schooling, and remote working. However, like many internet services, the internet can be affected by service provider issues, inclement weather, etc.

(3) There is no stove for cooking meals, but there is a microwave in the room.

(4) The following are provided at an additional fee listed below:
(a) Laundry Service (Wash and Dry) - $15 per load.
(b) Transport to/from Airport and/or area attractions. Price varies and must be arranged prior to date transport is needed.
(c) Early Check-In (if available) - $10 per hour up to 2 hours and must be arranged prior to the day of arrival.
(d) Late Check-Out (if available) - $10 per hour up to 2 hours and must be arranged prior to the day of Check-Out.
