We are sorry about the confusion. The details explain that the pool is a community pool and there are photos of the yard of the house, to try to deter any confusion. We also do not have any photos of the Gulf beach, just of the beach at Wolf Bay, which is a very easy .1 mile walk. Hopefully, in the future, you read the description and ask questions if you have any confusion so you and your family can enjoy your trip. This will also help deter any unwarranted poor reviews.

Family Vacation

This house is really nice and had all amenities as described. The game room was a hit and open spacious open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for game and movie nights. My only complaint was the cleanliness, some of our sheets has stains on them and the bathrooms had hair on them, and just my personal opinion the house could have used a good dusting.

Great location

This was a great place for a small group to stay for a wedding. The bride stayed here and it was perfect. The location was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family Vacation

9 year old, 10 year old, 12 year old, 17 year old, 4 Adults, and 2 Seniors.This was our family vacation. The house was very nice, with plenty of room. The game room was awesome. The house is on the bay side but it is close to everything. The pool is a little misleading, it is at the end of the street, and the 10 of us filled it up. But overall it was perfect.

Everything about s user friendly. Nice and spacious for kids. Pool cool and all other amenities are not far. I’ve stayed at the other location they have!! Won’t be disappointed!! I’m already looking for my next vacation!!

Families fun vacation

The property was amazing! I was worried about a few things before booking, but property management was very available for questions. This property comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 7 children. The ability to do laundry daily after visiting the beach was beyond helpful. Great location for a lot of attractions.

Wedding at Orange Beach

Overall the house was great. The size of the house was perfect and it was very comfortable. The location was also very close to the wedding venue. The only issues we had were some tupperwares that were still dirty and some kitchen cabinets were not clean. We also found moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker.

House is ok

The house is ok but I had cleaning issues, we saw a lot of roaches in the garage and some spiders in the bathrooms, as well is listed as 3 kings sizes beds, and it’s just 2 king size and 1 queen bed, and a lot of things felt like they were falling apart. the location is ok close to some of the beaches. Overall I will give 3 starts out of 5

Boat trip

Our first stay here, an definitely will be back! The location was perfect for us due to keeping our boat down at the marina! There are only a couple things I would fix about the visit! There was only one roll of paper towels, no trash bags and only a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I would just make sure that there is stock of those things in the house.

Fulfilled our needs for our family vacation in Orange Beach but the pictures do make it seem like the pool is private but is actually a really small community pool down the street. The house was dirty when we arrived with sand and other stuff on the flooor as well as bugs and cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. The starter pack they provide of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash bags lasted us a day and then to the store we went. If you are staying a week or two days you just get the starter pack so bring extra as necessary. There are no beach towels provided do bring those as well. The neighborhood is having some HOA issues and the trashes are always overflowing and parking is a mess if you have more than 2 cars. Due to the hardwood floors, the couch slides apart and out from under you constantly. One of the bar stools was about to fall apart and the rest were stained. Overall it met our needs but did not live up to our expectations.
Dirty floors especially under furniture which toddlers will find.

Great house, bad location

The house was clean and suited us well; however, if you have a large group as we did occupying all the bedrooms, another bathroom that includes a shower is needed. It was rough having 3 bedrooms (8 people) sharing one bathroom. A major con was that the property is nestled in between two trailer parks with no fencing. The pool is very small and only 4.5 ft deep. It would have been nice also to have liquid soap in the bathrooms instead of a dried up bar of soap to wash hands. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are nice sizes. The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate anything you have planned. Game room was great! Overall- a great experience and excellent customer service. We will opt next time for a more appealing location closer to the beaches and not trailer parks.

Very nice weekend!

Pros: Conveniently located! Spacious for our party of 10. Well stocked kitchen items. Great laundry room. Kids loved the game room! Comfortable beds. Large TV in every bedroom plus the game room and living area. Everything was in good working order. We did not have to communicate with the property manager while we were there but I had some questions prior to our stay and they were easy to get in touch with. Cons: Only two king beds. (3 are in the listing and this was the selling point for us.) There are NO dressers to unpack our suitcases. We like to unpack clothes instead of living out of a suitcase for the duration of our stay. There are no mirrors ANYwhere in the house except for the bathrooms (no full length mirror anywhere). When 10 people are sharing 2.5 bathrooms extra mirrors are needed to accommodate everyone getting ready at the same time. Overall our stay was enjoyable! This house was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, comfortable and located close to everything. Just know going in that you have 2 king beds, 1 queen bed (not 3 as listed) plus the 4 bunk beds and you may have to improvise doing hair/makeup due to the lack of mirrors while others are in the bath/shower.
