Inside Salty Mermaid, the open concept on the main floor with contemporary coastal decor and designer furnishings invites you in. The family can gather in complete comfort on the plush sectional or cushioned chairs in the living room to watch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted smart HDTV. The dining area offers a rustic farm-style table with bench seating that can accommodate up to 10 comfortably. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless appliances, marble countertops, and a large island with additional seating for 4. Guests will love the convenience of the full-size laundry room and half bathroom also on the main level.

The 1st-floor master bedroom suite includes a plush king bed, a large wall-mounted TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring an expansive walk-in shower, double sinks, and a large tub. The other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom #2 includes a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom. We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
