Great rental for a family or couples. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding and pillows. Loved the neighborhood which was quiet and a great location. Pool is close to home so you can walk to it or take the golf cart. Close to Baytown Wharf and the beach. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in Miramar Beach, Florida.

Loved our stay. Communication before, during, and after the booking process was super timely and informative. The house was clean and exactly how it’s presented online. Instructions for departure were super easy and quick. Great appliances along with all necessary kitchen gadgets for a seamless stay. The area is super peaceful with endless amenities that are all within a golf cart drive. Can’t wait to return next year.

Home sweet home

The check-in was extremely easy. The kitchen was supplied with everything you basically needed to cook for a long stay I would definitely give this a five star. I would definitely be staying at this property again in the future. If it's available it just reminded you of a fairytale movie living in this little community. Everyone's so friendly. Everything you need is a golfCart right away.

Great Family Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 adult daughters, their spouses and 2 grand children and it was the perfect spot. Quiet but also conveniently located to the beach, Baytowne Wharf and other amenities (like Publix) via the golf cart. We are already talking about our next trip to Destin and hope to stay there again. Management was very professional and responsive.

Last Minute Thanksgiving Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband. Sister, niece and I decided to on short notice that a change of scenery for the holiday was in order. This home provided the perfect retreat for us. Travelling down in one vehicle, the golf cart provided the ability to to have easy transport around the property without adhering to the same schedule. The house was immaculate with very tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings and the bedroom set up provided lots of privacy. The beds were all extremely comfy. The house has everything you would need for short term or longer stay. We loved coffee & happy hour on the back porch overlooking the golf course. The management team was very responsive and provided timely info throughout our stay. I’m not quick to provide a 5 star rating, but this experience definitely deserves it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home in the lake side of the community. It was a perfect space for my two teenage children, each getting their own room and bathroom, and for my husband and myself with access to the back porch through the master bedroom. The house was clean and was furnished with everything you need for your stay. One of our favorite parts was watching the golfers from across the water at the 18th hole while enjoying a beverage from the back porch. Quite entertaining. And the golf cart made getting around the community a breeze. My kids said this was the best vacation they’ve had due to all the fun things we were able to do. We’ll definitely use this vacation rental company again and would recommend anyone go to them first when looking for a perfect vacation.

The property rental company was great to work with , and we really enjoyed the golf cart. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended to 12 days! We will definitely be booking again.
