The first floor can sleep 12 comfortably, with 4 over sized bedrooms, 2 King bedrooms, double Queen bedroom, double full beds and 2 full baths. The 2nd floor features a huge living area with a 65" flat LED tv, dining seating for 16 and 6 counter seats, a kitchen stocked for entertaining a large group, and 2 master King suites with private baths, vaulted ceilings, and shared balcony with seating. The 3rd floor tower room offers a 55" flat LCD TV, a foosball table, electric darts, a collection of board games and a twin trundle bed. You will also find a 1/2 bath on the third floor. Cool off in the private pool in the backyard, after a warm day on the beach. The huge covered deck off the back of the house is a gathering spot to enjoy the gulf breezes and views. The entire house features beach décor, furnished to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku and secured wireless internet, washer/dryer on both floors. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at this home and ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING OR BOATS. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
