Salvador Gated Beach Villa

The beach house is inside the highly secure Villa Costeira gated community in Itapuã/ Stella Maris neighborhood of Salvador, Bahia.

The house is private, beach-front with 3 en-suite bedrooms and their private baths. All with AC.
The outdoor has a perfect breeze and the beach is very enjoyable.

***Não tem piscina particular na casa! A piscina está dentro do condomínio.
- the swimming pool is in the gated condominium and not at the house.

The gated community offers a swimming pool, gym, tennis and soccer field.



The Space:

THE HOUSE:
The house is beach-front and all 3 bedrooms are ensuite, with private baths.
The master suit is upstairs with a beach view balcony, walk in closet, large bathroom with two showers and bidet.
The second suit upstairs also has an extra large king sized bed.
Downstairs, the third suit has a regular king sized bed.
Upstairs, we have a large sofa that turns into a comfortable bed for 2.
Additionally, the house has 3 more bathrooms. One being a guest bathroom and the two others full bathrooms for after the beach on each side of the house.
The spacious living room also has a reading corner. The outdoor area has a large table for meals and smaller tables, as well as sofas. The house has two kitchens with one being used for heavier services as well as a laundry room.

All suites have AC as well as the living room.

Parties, events or any other type of larger gatherings are not allowed in the house and the property.
AMENITIES:
The gated community has a direct beach access with security guards and inside the complex a swimming pool as well as tennis/ soccer court and a gym.
There is not a life guard for the pool and the beach right in front of the house.
However, 3 minutes walk to the right of the house, a life guard is stationed daily. Visible from the house with the warning flags. During some parts of the day the ocean is very calm and during other parts more wavy. Make sure to either be around others or by the life guard for outmost safety.

During Carnaval, Christmas and New Year’s holiday a minimum of 4 nights is required.

In order to preserve the environment, the consumption of water and electricity is realized with a counter upon arrival and departure. The prices are based on the official current prices by the local Coelba utilities company and vary month to month.
