We had a great weekend at this rental, great location, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the front deck and view of the city. We had everything we needed and hosts were quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

A very enjoyable stay. This is a wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place was clean and nice! The pianist below is a welcome addition to the overall ambience of relaxing and enjoying time away from the normal routine. Easily accessible to everywhere and I would definitely chose to stay here again.

The property was nice and spacious, we were able to spread out and everyone had their area. The steps to the property were a bit daunting but we made it work. Outside of trying to figure out how to turn the shower on, our stay was comfortable.

We were in town for the weekend Asian festival. There were 6 of us and this unit worked out nicely. Great view, and just minutes from our event downtown. Asked for information from the manager several times and they were very responsive and helpful

The host checked on us and had extra paper goods delivered to the door. Everything seemed clean and was exactly as pictured. There is a mold/mildew issue in the front bathroom, and if you are sensitive to artificial chemical fragrances, the bedding and plug-in air fresheners are overpowering. The street is narrow and parking is sparse, so be prepared to parallel park and walk up to a block or so on an incline. The stairs are steep and could be difficult for some, and the address isn't well marked so the entrance is difficult to find, especially late at night, which was made more difficult because there are two doors with identical key pads and we didn't know which one to use. ("Look for the green lights on the deck and use the door marked #1" would have been helpful tips.) The deck has a nice view but is open and would be easy to fall from, especially for small children and older folks. The price and location were great for us, but we expected to be able to use the futon, which is small and not comfortable for sleeping. The bedding for the futon was in the washer and dryer, and we arrived late at night so decided to squeeze everyone into the two beds instead. There also isn't much furniture in the living room, and it would be nice to have more seating. Overall we were happy with the stay, and the host was communicative and helpful.

Great Loft In Cincy!

We had a fantastic time in Cincinnati at this property. The owner was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. The space was great, beds were comfortable and the outdoor deck was amazing! Will recommend to all our friends who can manage stairs.

Enjoyed this property. Beautiful views and nice balcony overlooking the city. Nice layout and decor inside. Parking in the street was our only drawback- we aren’t so good at parallel parking on a hill! We would stay here again!

The trip overall was great, but the house was less than desirable. To start off, the bed sheets and bathrooms were not clean whatsoever. One bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew growth. In addition, almost all the windows were incredibly hard to lock with two that simply had a screw in the window track as a “lock”. We were hoping to utilize the deck, but the outdoor light and string lights did not work. The neighbors above were incredibly loud and not courteous mostly in the middle of the night. They played multiple instruments from midnight to 2AM. We would not recommend this property. once again, the city was beautiful, but the property needs a lot of work.

Great view with a very nice porch, beds super comfortable. Not a bad location. Parking on a hill, so make sure you can parallel park on a hill. Smaller cars or SUV’s are better. Recommend bringing extra toilet paper. Kitchen soap, shampoo, soap, etc.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sweeping Views. It's a spacious and lovely loft with amazing views of Cincinnati. The unit was clean and comfortable and Alek was a great host. He was accessible and answered any questions that we had. Please note that there are several stairs to climb to the unit and there is only street parking available. Overall, we enjoyed.

Very convenient 2 BR w 2 baths, a lot of space, laundry, 1-2 miles to Sawyer Point. Everything was very good. There were some steep stairs to climb from street level to entry. Im 70 and in another 10 years I probably wouldnt b able to handle the stairs. Now was ok. Would definately rent again.

corporate... Good points were that they had a washer and dryer that worked well. The deck outside of the master bedroom was nice to sit on. The piano music coming from upstairs was nice to listen to. It had character, such as the hardwood floors. The worst part was the nonfunctioning kitchen. We would not even cook on the stovetop. The burner inserts were all rusty, silverware was one step above plastic, not one large bowl in site... no dish towel or dishcloth. The screen door and the windows have not been maintained since they were installed. The windows are filthy. The tile around the toilet in the master bathroom is disgusting. The toilet in the other bathroom rocks and needs to be fixed. No money, or attention, has been put into this apartment. I would not stay here again

Some challenges, but property manager was generally responsive

-lots of stairs to the building entrance probably 30. Would like to have known for my pregnant wife and parent’s sake.-need better communication on which door to access-front door was ajar when we showed up-there was hardly any soap or toilet paper, but the manager was able to send some over that night. There was also no can opener.-future stays here will hopefully be better. Property manager noted they had some more challenging visitors recently. There were some broken blinds & broken toilet lid they were going to try to fix.-Property manager was apologetic & worked to fix what could be done during our stay.-These issues added some unexpected challenges, but otherwise it was a good enough stay.

Visit for a baseball game

The check in went smoothly and the host communicated quickly with us. We were in town for a baseball game and the loft served the purpose of having a place to sleep and cook a small meal or two. It was nice having the air mattress for our daughter as the futon was extremely uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have an extra comforter for the extra bed. There were some negatives to the place…it wasn’t well cleaned; there were cob webs in multiple places, the kitchen blinds were dirty. There was only one roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and only one extra roll in the other. There was no kitchen washcloth, so we had to use a bathroom one. The parking was extremely difficult as it was first come, first served and we had to park a couple blocks down when we arrived later at night. If traveling alone, this might be a problem. Overall, the neighborhood seemed safe though. This was noted in other reviews, but I’ll state it again, the loft entrance is at the top of quite a long flight of steps, some of which were narrow and uneven. If you have trouble climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you. We also didn’t care for how secure the front door was. There was only a dead bolt that locked. The handle always turned. This seemed a little unsafe. There were no directions or guide on what to do when we checked out. It would be nice if the host had a binder or folder or something that contained information on the property and also maybe some things to do in the area.

I've been working in and around real estate for many years, and I've been active in the downtown, OTR, arts community here in Cincinnati since I arrived. We really have the best any city can offer, and it's a treat getting to share that with folks visiting town.

I have lived in Prospect Hill/OTR on and off for almost 10 years, and I love being on the hill where everything is an easy, beautiful walk but I can still enjoy the peace, quiet and views of the hillside. From my favorite italian place just two minutes down the street, to the neighborhood pub and my favorite wine bar on Main, everything is close and personal.

Beautiful, bright historic loft with an incredible front deck overlooking the city. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on opposite ends of the property provide privacy, and the full kitchen and updated living spaces provide comfort during your stay. Beds are queens, and all essentials are included: linens, towels, kitchen essentials (coffee, sugar/cream, condiments) as well as hand soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels/toilet paper etc.
