The condo itself was very nice. The only issue on check-in was a slow draining tub and the shower curtain which needed replacing. Both were promptly remedied. If you like to go back and forth to the beach it's a bit of a hike. I rented a bike which took care of that issue which also proved handy for nearby restaurants. An overall nice experience and would return.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo and that our team was able to resolve the bathroom issues quickly for you. Renting a bike is such a great hack for getting around the area and hitting the beach, smart move! We’d love to welcome you back anytime you need another beach getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lot of ants in the kitchen that got in all of my food so I had to throw all of it out. Mattress is in very bad shape!

Check-in was simple and receptionist was on site to answer additional questions. Walking across street to beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The only challenge i have had was i left a dress behind and haven't heard back about getting it, more on me though.

The condo was lovely and pictures and description were very accurate. Loved the screened patio and the great views of the bay. Condo was very clean and furniture was comfortable, including the beds. The beach was literally across the street and there were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available no matter what time we went down to the beach. There were even a few restaurants in walking distance. My only suggestion would be to better equip the kitchen. We hope to return.

This was the perfect location for a short trip to Long Boat Key. It was close to Harry’s Kitchens, one of our favorite restaurants and deli. The condo was very comfortable and met our needs.

This is a well-maintained property with a tropical vibe.

The unit was tidy and clean equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed whether for a long weekend or months-long visit. Property has both bay and beach access to beautiful white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.
