The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, along with a coffee maker so you can enjoy fresh morning coffee on the screened-in porch surrounded by greenery—a quiet spot to relax, read, or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The private bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, creating a calm, hotel-style retreat for restful nights. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer and a layout well-suited for both short getaways and longer stays.

Located within a quiet quadplex, the unit offers privacy and convenience in a relaxed setting, making it ideal for couples or travelers bringing their dogs along for a Smoky Mountain escape.

Bringing Your Pup? — Pet Policy

We love welcoming dogs! Up to 2 dogs are welcome at no additional charge, from small pups to big ones.

We love cats and other animals too, but unfortunately, we can only accommodate dogs. Please do not bring cats or any other animals. Bringing an unauthorized animal or more than 2 dogs without prior approval is a violation of our house rules and may result in a $300 fee. All we ask is transparency and responsibility.

We truly have no desire to charge our guests additional fees. Unfortunately, after experiencing too many situations involving unapproved pets, excessive pet hair, and additional cleaning, we had to make our pet policy a little more specific. These charges are there to protect our homes and allow us to continue welcoming dogs without charging a standard pet fee to everyone.

A few simple rules help us do that:

• Please keep dogs off beds and upholstered furniture.
• Dogs left alone in the home must be safely crated or kenneled.
• We provide pet bowls, so please don’t use the house dinnerware for your dog.
• Please clean up after your dog inside and outside.
• Normal shedding is absolutely expected. However, excessive pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related mess requiring additional cleaning may result in a $200 cleaning fee.

We love being able to welcome dogs at no additional charge and hope to keep it that way. Thank you for helping us take good care of our home during your stay.

Extended check-in / check-out permitted upon request, subject to availability.
Early check-in is $25 every two hours for a maximum of 4 hours.
Might have exceptions of check-in before 12:00pm, in case of which the same rate will apply.
To secure late check-out, we charge $25 bi-hourly for a maximum of 2 hours.

We have security cameras outside the house. Tampering with or covering them is strictly prohibited without the host’s permission. Tampering with the WiFi router is also strictly prohibited.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we can only host a maximum of 4 people in this unit, as stated in the listing. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, a charge of $100 per person will apply for every guest over the limit.
