This spectacular PENTHOUSE is a fully furnished 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo located on the top floor in the North Tower at Sea Watch. It features flat-screen LCD TVs in every bedroom and living room, free fast wireless internet, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and best of all - this is a corner unit that has INCREDIBLE 180-degree views of the ocean! Enjoy your coffee in the morning from the main bedroom or from the table while you watch the sunrise. Your vacation awaits you!

PARKING: Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed at this rental property. Free parking is limited to 2 vehicles and the parking pass must be displayed in the window at all times. There are no refunds for parking restrictions at this rental property during your stay.

WEATHER: There are no refunds for inclement weather unless evacuation is ordered. In the event of such an evacuation order, the renter is still financially responsible for all rental days that the evacuation does not cover. For example, if an evacuation is ordered for the fourth day of your visit, you are still responsible for the other 3 days of your one-week rental (regardless of weather conditions). If you have any concerns regarding this policy, it is strongly recommended that you purchase vacation trip insurance from a third-party provider that would cover the costs under these conditions.

Great condo with amazing views! The local area was safe with lots to offer. The condo, however, could stand to be decluttered and deep cleaned. Overall, good stay and would recommend.

We want to address your comments for future guests: Our penthouse is professionally deep cleaned at the end of each season. Your October stay fell just before our scheduled deep clean, which we completed immediately after your checkout. We've since adjusted our cleaning schedule to ensure deep cleans occur before late-season bookings as well. Regarding the clutter concern, we reached out privately to understand specifics but didn't receive details. We've done a thorough review of the unit and made adjustments. Our penthouse is a fully-furnished luxury rental with kitchen essentials, beach equipment, and amenities for extended stays - we strive to balance having everything guests need while maintaining a clean, uncluttered space. We maintain 5-star standards (with 100% 5-star reviews prior to this stay) and take all feedback seriously. Future guests can expect the same exceptional views, safe location, and well-appointed space you experienced, plus the enhanced cleaning schedule. We appreciate you recommending our property!

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty to do at the resort for the whole family whether you wanted to socialize at the pool or relax on the beach. The place came with beach essentials which was nice and the view is spectacular.

Amazing view and great location

Enjoyed a long stay. Up every morning to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the couch. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the beach is an elevator ride away. The owner was excellent to work with.

Perfect place for families. From fluffy floor pillows for the kids to high end appliances in the kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Cozy seating in the living room and the wall to wall windows allowed us to enjoy the ocean 24 hrs a day. The owners responded within minutes to answer our questions before and during our stay. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Great Condo. Awesome view!

The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. Nice location, the beds are comfortable, large windows and glass sliding doors provide awesome views from inside the condo. The host (Mike) is excellent and very accomodating. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. We highly recommend!
