A real gem in a central location in the middle of the island. When you drive in you immediately fall in love with the magnificent and breathtaking view over a large part of the island with the most beautiful sunset. Feel free to walk straight to the pool, relax on the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy a drink at the long table while enjoying the spectacular view. However, you can also walk into the living room through the main entrance, open all sliding doors and windows and enjoy the coolness of the outdoors. The house is designed in such a way that you constantly feel "outside" wherever you are. Villa Phoenix View has recently been renovated. It is centrally located in one of the best neighborhoods of Curacao called Mahaai. The way the villa is situated, it is very safe and still very private. You can enjoy the tranquility, extensive views from outside as well as inside with birds and parrots that regularly settle in the trees in the green area around the villa. However, in the vicinity you also have the opportunity to do your shopping, play golf, tennis, go out for dinner and visit the nearest beaches within 10 minutes' drive. The Villa has four bedrooms with a beautiful view and 4 bathrooms of which 1 toilet at the pool with a tropical wooden outdoor shower. 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor with a private bathroom. On the ground floor you can stay inside in the spacious living room or dining room. A few meters further on the back terrace you can enjoy a nice breeze in a double hammock. If you want to get out of the sun for a while, you can sit on this terrace at the spacious table or the cozy sitting area that is well exposed to the wind. Have your breakfast near the swimming pool, lunch at the back terrace and dine near the pool under the light of the moon and the stars. This luxurious villa with a beautiful view and swimming pool really has everything for an attractive holiday. The great location with the sunset every day as a bonus is definitely the villa that gives you that tropical vacation feeling.

Best rental home ever

This property and hosts are indeed gems. My wife and I always stay at rental homes when traveling, and this was our all-time favorite. It had all the amenities one could want and was super clean and easy. The location was great - allowing easy access to groceries, restaurants, and day trips to beaches throughout the island. We highly, highly recommend this property to all.

A home away from home.

The villa is absolutely stunning and Roland is extremely communicative, we couldn’t have found a better place to call home while exploring Curaçao. The villa is even nicer than the photos represent and perfect for a group or family, there’s enough on site parking for an entire fleet and the outside leisure spaced are phenomenal.

The house was beautiful! It accommodated all of us perfectly especially with the private pool. Roland was awesome!! Perfect base for us in Curacao

The house was fantastic with a lovely view and especially great for our 3 year old who was always entertained with the pool and large fenced in area around the house. Roland was just a perfect host with prompt and helpful replies any time we needed anything. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone who needs a centrally located beautiful place to stay in while visiting Curacao.

Another amazing trip to Curacao

The house was absolutely lovely. Plenty of room for our family of five. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was perfect for my elderly mom. Full size kitchen with all the bells and whistles allowed us to prepare family meals when we wanted to stay home. When we chose to venture out, almost everything was within a 15-20 minute drive. Roland was very responsive to every request and we look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Curacao Family spot

We had a group of 6 staying and we coordinated with other family staying elsewhere. This VRBO was perfect because the variety of bedrooms and living spaces not only accommodated our the various needs of our crew but allowed easy access to Willemstad and popular beaches. The kitchen and fridge allowed us to stock up and serve meals easily. Located on a hill, the cross breezes made the outdoor spaces a pleasure to enjoy. Pool is wonderful, and the nighttime 270 degree view is magical. Host is a joy to work with.

Greatest stay ever

Right from the start Roland’s communication was excellent. He was at the house when we got there and gave us a tour of the place. The house is beautiful and so comfortable with the private pool as a big bonus. The views are spectacular especially at night while you’re winding down in the pool. The best part about this place has to be Roland, he responds immediately on WhatsApp and when I developed an ear problem went out of his way to find me a doctor that could see me right away. We cannot say enough about this place and when we go back we will stay there again. I would give this place 10stars if I could.

A clean, well-appointed home with open plan, modern relaxing feel.

We could not have made a better choice! Despite a few delays on our part, the check-in and check-out processes were made so very easy through our gracious hostess Saskia. Villa Phoenix View has a very relaxing and functional feel to it; one can relax outdoors and enjoy a breezy nap in the hammock or choose the poolside patio with or without shade and enjoy an incredible view to the south. Car rental is recommended, and the central location allows quick access to most destinations. Villa Phoenix View would easily be our preferred choice for future Curacao trips. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Roland!

Perfekt

Die Villa ist sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, es gibt alles was man braucht. Große Schlafzimmer und Bäder, bequeme Betten. In der großen Küche macht es Spaß zu kochen. Küche mit Gasherd. Großer Gasgrill draußen. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. in ca. 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Stadtzentrum von Willemstad. Roland ist ein extrem netter Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Man kann eine kostenpflichtige Zwischenreinigung während des Aufenthalts buchen, man bekommt dann auch frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, das ist toll. Wenn man sparsam mit Strom umgeht hat man keine zusätzlichen Kosten, wir waren zu dritt ein drei Zimmern und kamen mit dem täglichen Budget für den Strom gut zurecht. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Now they are both retired, the kids are living abroad, so they have decided to go live smaller and make it possible for others to also experience the joys of staying in this wonderful villa. Roland will be the contact person. Roland has experience as a host with other properties in the past and he enjoys giving his clients a great vacation experience. Roland will go out of his way to make sure you will have nice stay at his villa and a great vacation in Curacao.

If you are a person who just want to lay in the sun next to a beach during your whole vacation, I will recommend you to choose a vacation home at the south-east or the south-west of the island. But if you are a person who likes sea, sun, sand AND want to be able to go to great restaurants, listen to music, enjoy the city vibes, have supermarkets, drugstores, sports facilities within 10-minute reach, then Villa Phoenix is the perfect place for you! The closest beaches like Mambo-beach, Pirate Bay beach, Jan Thiel beach are within 10 to 15 minutes' drive. The more natural beaches at the south-west coast of the island are 30 minutes away. As you can see Villa Phoenix View is very centrally located.
But the most important reasons for choosing Villa Phoenix View are the safety, the tranquility, the privacy and above all the view! Especially at night while having dinner!!!
You have to experience it to believe it!
