Actually, there are absolutely no broken windows in the property. As is very common in most tropical destinations such as the Caribbean, all windows have wooden shutters only, and no glass panes, in order to allow the cooling trade winds to flow through the apartment. As such, with the shutters open during the day the apartment maintains a very comfortable temperature, and virtually all of our guests only find the need to use the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night. In regards to the kitchen, apart from a large fridge and the stove/oven, we also provide an ample set of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and utensils, a blender, two coffee makers, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. We also provide a starter supply of things such as dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. And finally, regarding maintenance, all one needs to do is to read some of the many 5-star reviews we have received on our property, which will attest to the fact that we always do our best to make sure that our vacation home is properly maintained.
