I’d like to offer some clarifications for accuracy and for the benefit of future guests: – Check-in instructions, including the address, entry process, and Wi-Fi information, should be shared through VRBO messaging ahead of arrival. In your case, we responded promptly to each message to ensure you had all the details you needed. – Regarding pool safety, Arizona law and our insurance policy require that children are not left unattended near the pool. We ask for confirmation as a standard safety protocol, not to inconvenience guests, but to help protect everyone—especially young children. – The TV setup uses an LG WebOS smart TV, which includes popular streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV, Hulu, Disney , and more. Currently the system is powered via a computer, which needs to remain on for the TV to function properly. There are no cameras or monitoring devices, and we value guests’ privacy completely. – The house slippers provided at the entrance are brand new and optional. They are offered for guest comfort and cleanliness, especially for those coming in from outdoor activities. – We prepared six bath towels and six hand towels for your group of four. Two sets were placed on the beds in the smaller rooms, and the remaining four sets were stored in the brown dresser in the master bedroom between the beds. We’re always happy to help guests locate items if something seems missing. – The pool vacuum remains in the pool to maintain cleanliness and prevent algae buildup. It operates during the early morning hours when most guests are not swimming. If it caused inconvenience, we would have been happy to remove it temporarily had we been informed. Unfortunately, leaving pool equipment in the sun in Arizona can damage it, so we keep it in the water when not in use. We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and responsive hosting experience. We also document all guest communications and setup details to ensure transparency and fairness for both guests and hosts.
