The space
The house is a 2,300+ sq. ft. home with two levels. The sleeping areas are located upstairs, with one sleeper sofa located off of the dining room on the first floor. Spacious and perfectly spread out for larger groups to unwind and enjoy their own private areas of the house. There is a an en-suite bathroom off of the primary suite as well as ample closet space. In addition, there is another large bathroom upstairs for the other rooms to use, and a large game room with queen beds meant to maximize occupancy for larger groups.

The main house is located on a mostly paved surface, with an adjacent lot next-door that overlooks a redwood gulch area. There is ample parking, and a large outdoor patio just off of the kitchen and family room to make for the perfect flow for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The main floor also has a laundry room with washer and dryer setup, as well as a large dining area that can comfortable seat up to 10 people. A half bathroom is also available downstairs as well as a completely updated kitchen with everything you might need to cook a meal for your group.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage where we keep our supplies, etc. There is ample parking in both the driveway and the street. The backyard is private, though, not fully fenced for those bringing furry friends.
There is a 5 person hot tub on this property in perfect working order, if you are seeing this in the description, that means that the hot tub is still there, working, and being regularly maintained for your convenience.

Other things to note
*Cleaning fee is set to $145. Occasionally, there have been glitches in the past on the platform that set the price lower. Please note this and let me know if you see any discrepancies prior to booking.
*$50 pet fee is applicable per pet. If we find signs of a pet that was not listed in the reservation, we will charge you after your stay.
*pets cannot be left unattended. We would consider a kenneled dog being left unattended, but there are plenty of pet sitting options in the area to ensure your dog isn’t left alone.
*There is currently no hot tub on the property.
*Please do not use the fireplace in the living room.
*No parties or events unless previously discussed with the host.
*There is a large staircase both inside the house and one leading to a private entrance off of the game room, please keep this in mind for those with mobility issues in your party.
