This historic cottage was built in the early 1920s. It has been beautifully updated. Cozy, clean, and quaint space. Will only fit two people comfortably. There is a fully stocked kitchen w/ Keurig , 50 in TV, bathroom with stand up rain shower, and comfy queen hybrid bed. The yard is private and fully fenced, there is a sitting area fire pit and grill. This cottage is situated behind another house. Access to property is private, enter through alley only!

- Shooks run trail and park 1 block away

- Very close to hospitals, Garden of the Gods, Olympic training center, & memorial park.
- 2 hrs from the slopes.
- Located right in the middle of all Springs conference centers
**Note: the shower ceiling is shorter than other areas of the cottage, guests over 6' 2" may not fit well. The toilet space is a bit tight, and there are not grab bars. Cottage is about 350sq ft total. No dogs larger than 40lbs please!
** Please also note: This is in a growing urban neighborhood area with dogs, cats, foot traffic, and constriction in a growing downtown area.
There is potential to be some noise from these outside factors
There is only room for one vehicle to park in the enclosed area. No trailer parking at property.
