Remodeled! Relax with your group in this pleasant home. This home backs to open space and is located in a quite cul de sac with minimal traffic. Fully remodeled interior includes fresh paint, new carpet, hardwood floors and all brand new furnishing. 4 total bedrooms comfortably sleeps 8, 2.5 bath., and 2 car garage and outdoor covered patio with outdoor furniture. Backyard opens to open space.
Conveniently located 2 mi of grocery store, Starbucks, a variety of restaurants. 5 mi from outdoor mall. 24 min to DIA Airport. Message for long term stay inquiry
Main Level opens into a lovely living room with a sectional that comfortably seats 8 with smart TV and wireless internet. Step into an 8 seat dining room next to a full size kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and double door refrigerator. Kitchen is fully stocked like home for easy cooking! Sliding glass door in kitchen leads to covered porch and a large backyard that backs into open space, and great privacy. 1/2 bath located on main level.
Upstairs Level holds 3 bedrooms and full bath (requires going up a flight of stairs):

- Max home capacity is 8, as set by the city of centennial for short term rentals
- no party or event is allowed under any circumstance and is cause for immediate termination of reservation. Casual gathering of no more than 12 are allowable.
- all adult guests are to be added to reservation before checkin.
- As required by city of centennial ordinance, all neighbors are aware of the short term nature of this property and have home owner and policing authority contact information to report unusual, illegal, or egregious activity
- late checkout may be available for an additional fee. Message host for details.
- No smoking inside home. Additional $1500 fee will be assessed if cleaning is required to remove smoke smell inside home
- Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink. Brand new CO2 and smoke alarm on every level.
- Smart TV. To use, Turn on TV. In menu, you can select Samsung TV Plus for variety of free channels as well as free movies. Or you can in menu, select your subscription (ie prime, netflix, youtubeTV, and enter your credentials code access your services)
- downstairs towels are located in shelving by closet. Basement closets are not for use

PET FRIENDLY and SAFETY RULES:
- Potty trained dogs are welcome in this home for $65 per stay. Max 3 dogs.
- Deep clean of all furniture and surfaces will be conducted for next guest.
- A fully enclosed large backyard with a covered patio provides good shade and security. Open space behind home provides a great walking trail.
- Centennial ordinance requires all dogs to be leashes when in front yard or in neighborhood. This is a cul de sac with children playing in front yards. We do NOT want a dog incident - please keep your dog leashed AT ALL times when in neighborhood.
- Dogs are required to be in crate or confined to kitchen if left home alone.
- We discourage dog smaller than 40 pounds to be left in the backyard without supervision or while humans are away. While there is a 6 foot fully enclosed fence, we back to open space and coyotes can jump over the fence into backyards and take small dogs. As well, we have hawks and owls
- Dog must be brought inside at night for their safety
- Please keep your small dog safe inside. Not responsible for injury or death to pets.
- any damage caused by dog will be invoiced at reasonable market rates to repair or replace
- No cats please
