This magnificent river getaway sleeps eight guests in luxury across three stylish yet cozy bedrooms. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and plenty of storage space for your things. This room also has access to a sleek ensuite bathroom.
The upper-level queen-sized loft bedroom features delightful exposed wood beams, a ceiling fan, and a skylight that lets natural light flood the room. The bathroom area is separated from the bed using a lovely wood divider.
The terrace-level queen-sized bedroom is a real treat, with a private lounge, stone fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom. Finally, there is a “hobbit room” that the kids will love tucked away in a special loft room down a short corridor. It features a twin bed and pull-out trundle. Please note this room is only suitable for children as it has a low ceiling.

Privacy and luxury go hand in hand while staying at this beautiful home. The three bathrooms provide each bedroom with its own ensuite. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels and a starter pack of basic toiletries- please remember to bring enough supplies for a longer stay!

The ensuite bathroom in the loft is cleverly partitioned from the

Attached to the terrace bedroom are a luxurious wood-paneled bathroom with a large walk-in shower, stunning stone sink, and wooden vanity with plenty of cabinets to store your things.

The home's beautiful kitchen is a modern take on rustic elegance. Small details in everything from the floor to the intricate ceiling will make every moment spent here a delight. Modern stainless-steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need to cook a gourmet meal will make you feel right at home. The kitchen includes an ice maker, coffee bar, Keurig, 12 cup coffee brew pot, dishes, serving platters/bowls, kettle, knife set, scissors, baking sheets, muffin pan, cutting boards, measuring utensils, casserole pans, silverware, can opener, pots and pans, strainer, mixing utensils, pitcher, pizza cutter, wine opener, peeler, scoop, mixing bowls, crockpot, toaster, tupperware, hand mixer, and a blender. There is a gas grill on the front porch attached to the cabins main gas line.

The dining space is set under a modern chandelier in a beautifully decorated room with plenty of natural light and greenery views. The doors near here lead out to a panoramic screened-in porch with a lounge and additional dining space where guests can enjoy the river view from the comfort of indoors.

The highlight of the cozy living room is the beautiful stone fireplace and high ceiling. The large flat-screen TV (streaming only) allows you to stream all your favorite shows and movies on a night in. Or, just enjoy lounging on the comfortable sofas and spending quality time with your family.

The stunning setting of this home on the edge of the Toccoa river makes you feel like nature is indoors. Choose from two fantastic decks looking right onto the river. The terrace deck features a hot tub with stunning views of the trees and river. Enjoy a beverage here while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature from the comfort of home.
The riverside deck features a gazebo, seating area, and fire pit. It’s the perfect place to bring a picnic down to or sit in the evening to roast some marshmallows and enjoy the sound of the river flowing.
When you’re ready to explore further afield, you’ll find several hiking trails, tubing, and gem mining just a 5 minute drive away. This cabin is around 15 minutes to other exciting amenities such as orchards, downtown Blue Ridge for shopping and dining, grocery shopping, and the scenic train.

Guests have access to the entire home and riverfront amenities, excluding the garage and supply closet.

Other Things to Note:
$75 pet fee per dog (4 dogs maximum) and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking and we will send you a request for the pet fees. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated if left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard.
Please note this cabin has neighbors on both sides of the home in close proximity.
The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
