This is a beautiful, 3 bedroom 2 bath Villa located in the oceanfront Villas by the Sea Resort. Walk among the oaks or take a short stroll to Driftwood beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground and for adults there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies. The resort offers a full restaurant and lounge.

As you enter our villa you will find an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a sliding door that leads to a balcony. We have wood flooring throughout. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed, TV and an attached bath with a shower only. On the second level you will find 2 bedrooms -- one bedroom has a king bed, TV, and an attached private balcony; the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. On this level there is also a shared hall bathroom.

THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
