It has been lovingly renovated and furnished in mid-century style with luxury linens, a stocked kitchen, and all necessary amenities. This unique retreat offers a private bedroom with king bed and access to the bathroom. The open loft offers 3 twin beds, the original spiral staircase (narrow), and a desk. And an outdoor deck is the perfect retreat surrounded by trees overlooking the 2-acre pond.

Located only 15 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill, Chatham Park, and downtown Pittsboro, this unique experience is rich in history and fun. Please note we are on a main road so you will hear road noise.

We will provide a one-week supply of necessities for each booking, i.e. TP, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner. For longer term stays, you will be responsible for your additional necessities.
