Looking to escape the race for a bit, need a place to abide for a while. Located on a secluded and serene estate “ the guest cabin” is with private entrance and covered parking is located just 5 minutes from the lake and stores - 30 minutes from downtown Dallas.
Ideal getaway for small families seeking peaceful rest or lake adventure. Rustic and comfy. Wood laminate floors, spacious tile shower/bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living room, internet, smart tv, bunk beds, Xbox and games. No Smoking 🚭!
The space
Quiet well maintained neighborhood. Walk, bike or drive to area attractions. Close to grocery store, restaurants, parks and gas stations. Lake access and parks not far from the house.
Guest access
Guests have access to the house side yard, patio with Bbq and driveway.
Other things to note
Wide sidewalks connect the house to area parks, grocery stores, restaurants, school sporting facilities and pharmacies. You can walk, bike or ride to most area attractions.

Enough soap and toiletries are supplied for 1-2 days. If longer stays please plan to visit one of the many local stores.
