Layout & Location:
This guest house is located on the same lot as a larger main home. While attached to the main house, the guest house has its own private entrance and a small independent backyard. There is no interior connection between the guest house and the main home, ensuring complete privacy.
Please note:
– The larger backyard belongs exclusively to the main home, so we kindly ask that you do not access that area.
– The guest house does not offer direct lake access from the property itself, but if you exit the home and walk to the left down the street, you’ll find public lake access just past the neighboring house.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- HOT TUB -
Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.
- ENTERTAINMENT -
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.
- NO INDOOR SMOKING -
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
- LANDSCAPING -
The landscaper goes once a week.
- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
- PEST CONTROL -
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
