Thank you for staying at Lighthouse 1016, Annie. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We’re taking these actions immediately: - Remove and replace all stained towels and inspect the full linen inventory for any other issues. - Deep‑clean and sanitize the patio; remove rusty or minimally usable furniture and replace or repair items as needed. - Replace the broken patio chair and inspect all outdoor seating for safety and cleanliness. - Remove and either professionally clean or replace the patio rug and curtains; inspect window coverings throughout the unit. - Schedule pool maintenance to remove debris/hair, thoroughly clean and sanitize the water, and check filtration/skimmer performance. - Retrain housekeeping, update the turnover checklist, and add a pre‑arrival photographic quality check to ensure these issues don’t recur. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos you can share so we can review your stay and prioritize these fixes. Your feedback helps us improve.

Thank you for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the condo and its location. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry the floors caused your feet to get black during your stay — that’s not acceptable. I’ve shared this with our housekeeping team and the owner so we can investigate, deep-clean the unit, and update our cleaning checklist to prevent it from happening again. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again.

Hi Hilary, thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the condo, the view, and the comfortable bed. It's great to know our team was able to assist you and accommodate your request for an extra day. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view, the comfortable space, and that your kids had a great time at the pools and the beach—that’s what vacations are all about! We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the bedroom TVs and the parking fee. We understand how that can be frustrating and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your comments help us improve, and we’ll be sure to share this with the team. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for staying at Lighthouse 1016. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the specific feedback about the rusted balcony furniture, dirty floors, lifting grout and bubbling floor (especially concerning with a one-year-old), and the dryer lacking a lint trap and making excessive noise. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams so they can investigate and address the balcony furniture, deep-clean and repair the flooring/grout, and inspect/repair or replace the dryer as a safety issue. We’ll also review our cleaning and maintenance checks to prevent this in the future. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos you have so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
