This lovely 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is located at Grande at Canal Point. This new listing has all new furnishings, a huge kitchen island and screened porch for outdoor dining.

The master bedroom is tucked away off the garage and has a California king with a huge master bathroom.

The other two rooms are located as soon as you open the front door. The first room has a king size bed and the other a queen size mattress.

The last room is a duel purpose room, for workaholics it is an office and doubles as a bedroom for bigger groups as it includes 2 single beds - a daybed and trundle.

Several of the beds have new Casper Mattresses.

*Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom, along with use of the garage to store your beach stuff and/or bikes.


**Beach supplies provided for guest use - including beach towels, beach chairs, and beach coolers.

*Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine.
*Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent) to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.

*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are also 3 55in+ TVs and 1 65in in the home for your viewing enjoyment of all your sports games and movies. You may log into any other streaming accounts available should you have an account.


Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house along with the garage and outdoor shower.

There is also an outdoor patio with a gas grill, dining table, chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture to relax on.

The house also has a Telsa Charging station.

Less 2 miles away from beautiful Rehoboth Beach where you can have the infamous Thrashers beach fries and take in the views of the ocean as your stroll on the boardwalk. Activities are bountiful, as Rehoboth has to offer Movies at Midway movie theater, go-carts at Midway Speedway Park, Tanger Outlets shopping centers, Midway Par 3 golf course, miniature golf, Jungle Jim's water park, and of course Funland where you can find amusement rides and an arcade on the boardwalk!

3 miles from an orange crush in your hand at the world famous Starboard Restaurant. After a long day on the beach, take your pick from the 18 bars located in one mile and live band galore.

If you have a day to take a drive, drive south and check out Delaware Seashore State Park, Bethany Beach and/or Ocean City, Maryland. For the nature enthusiasts, Assateague Island State Park is home to the memorable wild horses on the beach.
