This 1600 sq ft house has high ceilings throughout, making it big enough for the family to spend time together, but also have their own space too. The house comfortably sleeps 6. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs office if you’re looking to get cozy and accommodate 8 people.

Located off of the kitchen, we’ve converted the dining area to be used as an office. Need more sleeping space? There’s a queen pullout sleeper sofa located in this room as well!

Note there are no doors on this office, it’s connected to the living room & kitchen.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Located upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has a memory foam king mattress and 32" smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and 32" smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress.

BATHROOMS
There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite master bathroom.

PARKING
There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guest use. Off street parking is not permitted. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 parking spots. The garage is off limits and for host use only.

SECURITY

For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

We also use a noise monitoring device at this property; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
