Located upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a memory foam king bed and 32" smart TV. Guests will have to login to their own streaming services on this tv.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and 32" smart TV. Guests will have to login to their own streaming services on this tv.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress.

BATHROOMS
There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a newly updated full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite master bathroom.

PARKING
There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guest use. Off street parking is not permitted. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 parking spots. The garage is off limits and for host use only.

SECURITY

For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

We also use a noise monitoring device at this property; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
