Guest Access:

Entire house except the garage and cleaning closets.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet, the cars will not pass by our house if they do not live on the block. The walk to the community pool and community center is 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.



Getting Around:

We are a gated community, we would need all the drivers names to put down for the gate. Maximum of 6 cars onsite.



Other Things to Note:

We are a gated community in Penn Estates. The community have a 24/7 security by the gate, a playground, volley ball, soccer field, basketball courts, 2 swimming pools and a kiddie pool and a lake with a beach.



Our house have 2080 sq ft interior space and our backyard have a mountain view. We built our house in September 2021 and all of the furniture are brought in 2022-2023.



House rules:

-6 cars maximum

-No parties

-No pets

-No smoking inside the house

-No fireworks

-Please separate trash and recycles in the different trash bins

-Please kindly take off your shoes when you enter the house (to stay kid-friendly)

-General quiet hours in the community are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Our community requires guest to sign the short term rental contract three days prior to check in. We need all the drivers name with driver license to access our community. Also, we need all the guest name and if they are under 21.
