There is no member of our staff who is not aware of this fact. This information was also sent to you in multiple confirmation emails well before your arrival. -Our guest services team offered to help you bring luggage up to your unit and we have been told that you refused that service. -It is clearly stated in the property overview that this property does not have AC and that fans are the preferred method to cool the property. This information was also sent to you in multiple confirmation emails well before your arrival. -Our maintenance team has been working on both the washing machine and the showers to ensure that these issues do not occur again.
