"Llety" is Welsh for lodging or accommodation with the connotation of being a place of rest. We hope that Llety Place can be that for you - both a place to stay and a place to rest!!

NOTE: Our home is in the back of a cove on Norris Lake which means we do not have year round water, but we still have a beautiful property where memories can be made year round. Of course the lake is the best summer adventure, but fall, winter, and spring can be the perfect time for hiking, off-roading, campfires, wildlife viewing, family holiday gatherings, etc. That being said, we do not control the water levels and cannot guarantee you will be able to access the house by water from the 1st of September through early-May.

Minimum age for the primary renter must be 28 or older.

Rules:
>> Per HOA rules, there is no parking at the road. All vehicles and boat trailers must be parked down at the house. The driveway is steep but no need to be afraid of it, vehicles of all shapes and sizes are able to navigate it safely.
>> No parties or excessive noise.
>> No pets or emotional support animals allowed. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for registered service animals for physical disabilities such as blindness.
>> Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own. We love sharing it with you, but it takes TLC on everyone's part to keep it maintained for future guests.
>> Beginning in 2025, all reservations from Memorial Day through Labor Day will be 7 night minimum with check in/out on Fridays. If you want to stay longer than 7 days but less than 14, please message me with a request.

Extra fees:
>> Extra cleaning fees @ $75/hour may be charged if excessive cleaning is needed (especially in the kitchen - if you explode something in the oven, please clean it up. :)
>> $15 per stained towel; $8 per stained hand towel or wash cloth
>> $55 per stained bedding/linen.
>> $50 for dirty grill
>> Extra guests on case by case basis $100 per guest per stay, no bedding or towels provided
