During your stay at the 1 Hotel you will have full access to all of the building's top-notch amenities, private beach, beach club, many dining options and multiple pools, including the rooftop pool. All of this in the heart of South Beach with all Miami has to offer!



The Space:

This is a full one-bedroom suite with large living room area that has a queen sized pull out couch. In your suite you also have a full kitchen with all appliances and cookware needed. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxury linens. All rooms come with stunning ocean and pool views, which are taken in best from your private balcony that is equipped with lounging furniture. Your bathroom comes with a stand up shower and separate soaking tub. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided along with plenty of towels for your stay.



Guest Access:

Staying as a guest of the 1 Hotel residences, you will have access to all of the hotel's amenities including, but not limited to, pool and beach chairs at no cost, the Anatomy gym & fitness classes, Seedlings Kids Club & Child Care and the Bamford Spa. The hotel is also home to several excellent dining options, including 1 Beach Club and Watr rooftop restaurant and bar with breathtaking views.

The 1 Hotel & Homes is in the heart of Miami Beach, with a wide variety of dining and nightlife options with in steps, or a short drive, of the hotel.



Getting Around:

The building has valet parking for an additional daily fee of $69.55//night. 1 Homes has an Audi E-Tron vehicle that will take you anywhere with in 3 miles of the building. The hotel also provides bicycles on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise, Uber or Lyft are readily available in Miami Beach.
