N E W 2023 rental! This charming, freshly renovated ranch is in a desirable West Hyannisport neighborhood, “The Avenues.” Just a short walk to a private neighborhood association beach, a mile to Covell’s/Craigville Beach, a short drive to the ferry for a day trip to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard, as well as downtown Hyannis and Osterville for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. You cannot beat this location! Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath home has a bright, welcoming and cozy open concept family room/kitchen with beautiful vaulted ceilings, central air, WiFi, a fully fenced in backyard/outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with new *grill, and brand new kitchen appliances stocked with the essentials you need to show up and relax. All mattresses and furniture are brand new ‘23.

Location: Walk through our adorable neighborhood to ‘Little Beach’ and enjoy the ocean inlets of Halls Creek and views of Squaw Island, Hyannisport or a picnic during the best sunsets around. The kids will love crabbing or fishing off the jetty, biking the grid style neighborhood and the short drive to Centerville playgrounds, Four Seas Ice Cream and the 1856 Country Store.

Planners get ready to relax! We have ample recommendations for whatever occasion brings you to the Cape upon check-in (or before, if requested). Parents & families: we want to make this trip kid friendly so you can enjoy your vacation (and packing), too! Our backyard is fully fenced in for the kids to play without worrying or chasing. Outdoor shower = beach, shower off, PJ’s! We’re one floor with bedrooms off the family room, so no baby gates are needed. A pack n play (although NO sheet) and highchair are available complimentary. Less packing and stress mean more time making memories.

PLEASE NOTE: we have a ring camera at our front door for safety reasons and packages in the off season. There are NO cameras inside the home or back yard.

What we provide:
🧺 Washer/Dryer, we professionally launder bed linens for each bed, 6 bath towels, 1 for each guest.

👶🏻 Sound Machine, Pack n Play (no sheet), High chair, Toddler plates / cups

☀️ 4 beach chairs / 6 beach towels

🎫 Landlord town beach sticker, which gets you parking at ALL town beaches!

🔪 All kitchen appliances and utensils required to cook at home (although no spices / oils)

🧩 Board games (kid friendly options too)

👗 Dressers are available in each (3) room for unpacking. King/Queen bedroom also have a closet. PLEASE NOTE: Bunk room closet is not available for guests, it will be locked for owner changeover and restocks.
