This was one of the best places we have ever been everything was perfect and the owners are super helpful and quick to respond and are just all around awesome people.the room was perfect for our family of 8 we had plenty of room and the spot on the beach is perfect.the pools the beach easy parking in the parking garage. We take a lot of vacations a year and normally we also have a issue with the room or something this time it was perfect from the location the owners and the beach I would give it more then a 10/10 it’s perfect and we will be back the stay here every time we come to Panama City.

Can’t beat the location. This condo is right on the ocean. We saw dolphins right from our balcony. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. The beach is easily accessible. My family and I had a great vacation here!

A great place to vacation!

This condo was perfect for the 6 of us! It is centrally located and right off the beautiful beach! Tons of families with kids around, awesome amenities at the condo facility, close to great restaurants, and the owner was awesome and communicative. End of year beach trip

We had a great stay at Majestic. Condo was great and had everything we needed. 4th floor is just right with easy access to elevator or stairs. Communication with owner was great. Definately stay here again.

Condo was great! Clean when we arrived. Everything was great! We didn't do any cooking this time around, so can't really comment on the kitchen amenities but from what I could see, it looked very well stocked. Also, had lots of beach chairs and toys. That is always well appreciated. Bed in the master bedroom was firmer than what we are used to but it was still comfortable. Communication was awesome. We always stay at The Majestic so we will definitely be looking to stay in this condo for our family stay again. Everything was awesome!

Loved it!

We usually stay in a house but chose a condo this year because of the water temperature. The check in process was a little rocky (at no fault at all to the person we rented from) He was very responsive and prompt to all phone calls and texts with any questions we had arise. Beautiful 4th floor location. Wonderful views.

Great family stay

This was our first family vacation with our toddlers at the beach. The property was clean, organized and welcoming. We had everything we could need right there in the room & plenty of space for everyone. The view from the balcony is breath taking and the property manager was attentive and easy to communicate with at all times. We all enjoyed our stay and my children cannot wait to return to the beach. We plan on revisiting in the coming years and look forward to staying at “beach bound” again!

GREAT PLACE

We had a great stay! This unit is in the heart of PBC and very conveniently located to anything and everything you would want while staying! The unit itself is located on the 4th floor which makes it extremely easy to access your car or any of the property amenities without utilizing the elevators (if you wish). One of the best perks of this property is the parking pass as it's the prime spot right in front of the condo building entrance. Overall, we had a great experience with both the unit and the property owner! We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice time

My first time to stay in Panama City Beach. Loved the reserved parking spot being so close to the loading dock. Very convenient. Only thing I wasn't super excited about was the size of the bunk room. It seemed larger in pictures. Other than that, nice place to stay.

Thanks Kim for your positive review. I too was disappointed in the size of the bunkroom when I bought the place but this was all that was available when we decided to purchase. We did change out the small bunk bed (twin over twin) with a twin over double. It does take up more floor space but we thought it was a good trade off for a more flexible, versatile sleeping options. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us we would enjoy having you again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The property was clean and well maintained- exactly as the pictures showed. The view was stunning, and we enjoyed lots of time on the balcony. The parking spot and proximity to the entrance and elevators could not have been more convenient. We did not stay during the busy season but had no issues with elevators. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was really helpful. The hosts were very helpful and responded to all of our questions and provided some great recommendations. There was a Walmart and many restaurants within a mile in addition to a large mini golf place that our kids enjoyed. We would recommend and stay again.

Great location and views!

We had a great time staying in this condo. There were 5 adults in our group, and we had plenty of room. My only advice is take a few bath towels with you (we needed more than we had) or plan on washing them daily. Also, the bed mattresses were kind of hard, so if you like a softer sleeping surface, bring a blanket to use as a topper with you. We used the extra comforter on the master bed and it helped a lot. The other beds did not have any extra bedding to use, and my sister had a hard time sleeping every night. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen including a toaster and blender. Would stay again!!

We do not supply beach towels but we do put eight bath towels in the unit plus wash rags, etc. If someone has an issue and needs additional towels, we can call the cleaning lady to bring additional. As far as the mattresses, I guess it's personal preference. We've had several guests compliment on our mattresses even asking for the brands. We've also recently upgraded the guest from a queen to king and purchased a medium firm mattress. I've slept on every bed (even the twin) and didn't have any issues.

We loved the property everythingvwas nice and clean. We happened to be on the property during hurricane helene and tony ( the owner gave us a heads us on what was going on and told us if we wantd to vacate for our safety he would reimburse us money, WE STAYED! Property security insured we should be all right and we were , just winds and rain. So we survived a hurricane, safely on the trip. We appreciated the concern. Had fun times. Right on the beach. Spent alot of time just on the patio watching the ocean. Very beautiful.

We have vacationed in this area for many years and decided to purchase this condo a couple of years ago because we wanted a place that had all the features that our family could consistently depend on. We also want our guests to enjoy this property as much as our family does. We've made upgrades to the mattresses to make sure our kids and parents were comfortable during their stay so we think you will too.

We looked at several condos at Majestic but the views from the 4th floor sold us - they are spectacular. Being on the lower floor gives you a view of the ocean waves rolling into the beach as far back as the kitchen - something you don't get on higher floors. It's also convenient to the 3rd floor (parking access) if you want to bypass the elevators. There is also a reserved parking space with this unit that is close to the loading zone.

The resort offers lots of amenities: pools, hot tubs, beach access, game room, tennis court, theater and a reserved, covered parking spot near the loading area of the parking garage. The resort is also centrally located between the Upper/Lower Grand Lagoon if you enjoy Ocean excursions, seafood and Pier Park if you like to shop, eat or take in a movie. The condo itself has great views, large balcony with access from living room or master, high-speed wi-fi, Xfinity cable and Netflix in all bedrooms and the living area.
