Building does not have an elevator.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm – after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12:00 pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside of office hours.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 10 (ten) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of property rules, the law governing the property or the condominium's internal regulations.
