AVAILABLE for a long Winter Rental!

The perfect place to enjoy it all. This home backs up to Burton's Prong with direct access to the Delaware Bay. You are minutes to the beach, Downtown Rehoboth and amazing eating and shopping. When you return home you can enjoy the sunset from the oversized private deck, soak in the sun at the the community pool, play some tennis, basketball or slip in your kayak from out back. 6 Pool Passes provided. Guest can purchase extra passes at the Angola By The Bay office.

Recently renovated in 2023, the home is well stocked with all you need to enjoy yourself. Take one of our bicycles out for a ride throughout the gated community, head to the beach with provided chairs, umbrella, beach cart and toys or spend the afternoon birdwatching and enjoying nature on the deck. This fully stocked kitchen will have all your cooking needs for those nights you want to stay in, and dash services will bring you anything you are craving all year long.

Please note, the 3rd bedroom bunk bed is a Twin over Double.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

We loved our time here! The screened porch was such a highlight!! We spent all of our time there. So spacious and the view of the water, and the feeling of being in the woods without the bugs was so relaxing! Hosts and manager were quite responsive even with details missing in the kitchen. Kayaks would've been lovely, and we missed in the contract that we needed to bring our own toiletries, but overall a sweet place. Would highly recommend!

Great location and most things within a 15-20 min drive. Outside shower was great! Aside from that, this place needs some updates. No ceiling fans in bedrooms and the thermostat was controlled the entire week at 70 degrees. We roasted at night and did not sleep well. There are three bedrooms and only one has a tv. Grill was not in very good shape. All three Door mats were covered/embedded with white dog hair. Front could use some curb appeal, you can tell its not cared for much. I would not choose this place again i have stayed in nicer places for less.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved your home & location. We really enjoyed the porch & view. We love the community its located in. Unfortunately it was a bit dirty. It didn't seem to of been vacuumed very well. That was a minor issue though. There was an extremely strong cat urine smell coming from the basement. It was coming up the vents into the rest of the house. If It wasn't for the cat pee smell we would of given it 5 stars & 100% recommended your property to others. Just to let you also there was any cleaner to wipe down the counters etc. Thankfully there was a bottle of vinegar but no spray bottle. I just added some to a bowl with water & wiped everything down.

Angola bay stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean. The pictures were some what deceiving because we thought there would have been a lower level to the home but it is just a raised ranch. We booked in the Angola community for the pool access and we were not notified that the pool was closed the entire week of our stay which the owners were made aware of per the pool club house member. The view of being on the water was nice as well as the screened porch which is where we spent most of our time. There were ring cameras throughout the property which were used by the owners to send messages about how many guests were in the house due to our group having five cars at the property for two days. There were ring cameras in the back yard of the property as well. We just felt like we had no privacy. Overall we had a good stay and the location was perfect for what we were doing that week.
