Upstairs is the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 of the master bedrooms a guest toilet and an independent guest room with en suite bathroom (separate entrance). On the ground floor there are the other 2 master bedrooms with a shared balcony
overlooking the Bay and a second guest room with independent entrance.
The outdoor area features the Infinity pool with salt water, the
dining area with the BBQ and food preparation area, several lounge areas and the gym with direct sea view.
Additionally there is a staff room.

Daily cleaning is included.
Change of towels every two and linens every three days included.
Laundry can only be used with Laundry service (extra fee).
Further extra services upon request.

Since this is a luxury villa the reservation has to be requested and will be confirmed within 24 hours.
To make the reservation 50% of the payment has to be done.
Remaining 50% need to be paid one month prior arrival date.
