Cabin 1 - sleeps 6 - modern yet cozy - has all the amenities of home and a GREAT location! Peaceful and quiet, perfect after spending the day in the Finger Lakes region and all it has to offer. Ayers Acres Cabins are less than a minute from I86 and close to Watkins Glen, Corning and Hammondsport! Three great tourist locations with wineries, racetrack, museums, shops, lakes and breweries! So much to do and it's all only minutes drive from this great cabin to relax after busy days!! Cabin is located in a beautiful area with a creek and woods on the property, large lawn area where people love playing lawn games, taking walks and enjoying the fresh outdoors! This cabin has everything you need - just bring your food, clothes and toiletries! The living room has lots of seating with 55" Smart TV, Firestick and wireless internet so you can stream your favorite apps, games, puzzles and natural lighting perfect for reading with a great blanket, also included! Lots of plugs for your electronic devices. The fully-stocked kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. We even have assorted coffee pods, tea bags and cocoa and basic spices and olive oil on hand for you to enjoy. Two private bedrooms with a full bed in each, and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. All three bedrooms have large windows w/ lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the lawn and wooded area and blackout curtains should you want to sleep in. We provide all the bed linens to include sheets, blankets and pillows. Bathroom has the luxuries you are looking for with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet and a window with lots of natural light, we provide bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and toilet paper. Our outdoor area also has a fire pit w/ chairs to enjoy a beautiful night by the fire, we have a grill and picnic table and chairs for relaxing under the pavilion as well as locally-made Adirondack chairs on the front porch. Driveway is private and has space for two vehicles to park and we can also accommodate additional vehicles, ATV/boat/horse trailers, etc. if needed. Come stay with us!!

Great place!

The check in was so easy; kitchen was stocked, wi-fi was easy. Location was five minutes from glass museum, 30 from Watkins Glen. The place had everything we needed and more. Loved the porch with cornhole and games provided inside. Had a great time with our teens and would come again! Thanks for a great stay!

Pictures and descriptions don’t do this property justice. It far exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, spacious, & equipped with so many things that made for less hassle and packing for us. Perfect Location

Our stay at Ayers Acres exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to access off of the highway (we were traveling from PA). We hiked several waterfall locations and explored Corning. I highly suggest grocery shopping and utilizing the grill and pavilion for your evening dinners followed by a campfire. The cabin was super cute and clean.

Perfection!

Cabin 1 was the perfect accomodations for our stay. Convenient to explore several of the areas attractions and visit with family who live nearby. The furniture and beds were comfy to relax in after a busy day. The outside ammenities allowed us to cookout with our family and enjoy the peacefulness of the bordering woods. The interior was warmly decorated with attention to detail. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. Thank you for providing such a lovely home away from home!

More than we expected

Thanks Kelly and Duane for a great long weekend. The cabin was convenient, incredibly clean, thoughtfully appointed and welcoming. We enjoyed the porch, games and pavilion when we had some rain, and appreciated all of the little extras -- like a personalized greeting note and a bowl of s'mores fixings. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Absolutely perfect!!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect mini-vacation. The cabin was exactly what we needed and Kelly was so accessible and gracious. Although we have never met, we were treated as family and felt like we have known each other for years! The property and cabin were meticulously kept. Location was perfect for our needs to Watkins Glen, Corning museum and Ithaca. You will not be disappointed and we will be back again!

Cozy Cabin

Ayers' Acres is perfect for friends or families who enjoy time gathering in a spacious living room or around a table in the well equipped kitchen. Located only a 10 minute drive to the Corning Museum of Glass it is a great location from which you can tour Seneca Lake wineries, Watkins Glen State Park, and numerous waterfalls. We took full advantage of the location, the outdoor firepit, and s'more supplies provided by the thoughtful owners. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Wonderful Property

We had a great short stay at this cozy property. Cabin seemed very new and well stocked with everything you need. Strategically placed AC units made it comfortable with the summer weather. We felt like we were far away from it all but civilization was close by as needed, including I86. Ideal location for those seeing Corning and Watkins Glen. We used fire pit and strolled around sprawling back yard. Highly recommend.

Our Stay at Ayers Acres Cabin

The reason for our trip was to visit Watkings Glen Park and Corning Museum of Glass, which are a short drive from the property. Our goal was to only sleep in the cabin, but the we loved the place so much that we ended up spending a lot of time on the huge lawn in front of the cabin, as well as having a camp fire each of the three nights we spent there. The place is very well decorated, it instantly feels like home, and the owners are paying attention to every single detail to offer a convenient and memorable stay. Everything I was looking for, I found in less than a minute. The wood interior gave us a calm and relaxing feeling and although we had a very busy schedule during the trip, we left recharged and ready to go back to our hectic lives. We hope to come back soon.

Ayers Acres Cabin

Property is very clean and organized which is always high on my wife's list. Great detail has been put into the design of the interior as well as the exterior. The interior does not disappoint with tasteful decorations throughout and notable color theme. Bathroom accommodations, including shower and towels, were very nice. Kitchen is very well designed for the space it occupies and nicely stocked with all one needs for meal prep. Outside included a fire pit, with wood available, propane grills and lovely covered seating area in addition to the welcoming front porch. Interior living area is spacious and while the sleeping quarters are a bit tight they do work well following the owners pointers and bedding is very comfortable with the rooms well thought out. We would definitely stay again and hope to with family next round.

Our family is born and raised in the Finger Lakes, the lakes and tourists have been a part of our lives for years. We love having access to several local Finger Lakes ~ Lamoka, Waneta, Keuka and Seneca, as well as being able to be in town to enjoy great restaurants, shopping and museums and it's only a few mins drive! We enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and strive to make their stay enjoyable.
