Farm House with 30 acres with river access and a POOL

Our beautiful home has all the amenities you could need for a peaceful vacation, a home away from home. This home has access to 30 acres for hunting and fishing. As well as direct access to the Canisteo river. We have three kayaks on the property for recreational use. We also have a large pool with an inviting pergola to optimize your relaxation and sunbathing experience (opens May 20 - closes september 5). As well as a horseshoe pit and badminton set up. There is inside and outside seating to optimize any event! There is no cell service, however, due to our wifi capabilities you are able to sign in and and still utilize your phones. We as the hosts provide one set of linens per guest, however, we do not provide pool towels. We also provide cooking utensils and kitchen ware within the property but this does not include food, beverages or perishables so please come prepared with your favorite coffee to put into the provided coffee maker.

We strive for your comfort and relaxation. We are also within close proximity to many Wine trails, corning museum of glass and other exceptional experiences to visit during your vacation.

Our only request it to please leave our beautiful home how you found it. Please remember our estate is in the country and although it is breathtaking here there is, naturally, nature’s presence. So don’t leave food outside overnight. Also Don’t forget your bug repellent. We are looking forward to you booking your “home away from home” experience.
