**The Bedrooms **
- Poolside King – Wake up to serene water views.
- Mountain View Queen – Bask in breathtaking desert landscapes.
- Fireplace Ensuite – Cozy up with a Blu Dot queen sleeper sofa.
- Each custom-built bed has a plaster finish for a grounding and restful experience.
**The California Kitchen **
Fully stocked with premium spices, essential tools, and an air fryer. The kitchen seamlessly connects to a stylish dining space with views of the pool, spa, mountains, and open living area—perfect for cooking, gathering, and unwinding.
** Backyard Oasis **
Your outdoor retreat is designed to impress. Relax by the pool, enjoy a round of golf on the putting green, or simply lounge in the stunning backyard, offering picturesque mountain views as the perfect backdrop. Whether you're soaking up the sun, sipping cocktails under the stars, or perfecting your swing, every moment spent outside will feel like a mini vacation.
** Amenity Highlights & Additional Offerings:
- Hot Tub Heating: Complimentary and automatically heated from 4 PM to 10 PM daily. Need it longer? Just let us know, we’re happy to extend heating remotely.
- Pool Heating: Available by request for an additional fee of $100/night. Please arrange in advance to ensure it’s perfectly warm upon your arrival.
** Please note: Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time.
This is the perfect destination for a memorable and rejuvenating retreat.
**Please be advised guests are encouraged to purchase cancellation travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstance that may result in a cancellation on your end. Our cancellation policies as stated are firm and you agree to them upon booking.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Renter (responsible party) must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Responsible party must present government issued I.D. prior check-in and I.D. must be copied (photographed). A copy of I.D. is kept by management while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) prior to check-in.
4. All guests are required to print and sign their names to the document “City of Palm Springs VR Statement of Rules and Regulations” which confirms that the Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants.
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours.
7. No parties or events can be held at the house (defined as a gathering that brings more than the allowable occupancy level to the house)
8. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
9. Dogs (where allowed by the owner) are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
10. Outdoor music (and indoor music that can be heard at the property line) is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line.
These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL short term rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. We are committed to complying with these rules and ask all of our guests to please consider them when booking.
