This small boutique condominium complex only has 32 units and is the perfect place for a relaxing Port Aransas getaway!

Guests exceeding the maximum capacity will be either charged an additional $80 per night or the stay may be terminated without refund.
The renter of this unit must be at least 25 years of age with valid govt ID.
ID must be presented within 24 hours of accepted booking.
Maximum of 2 pets allowed ($85 Pet Fee + $25 for second pet) For stays longer than 5 days and additional $10/day is required for each pet.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).

• One set of freshly cleaned sheets and comforter for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of guests.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap will be provided.
