spacious lake house and enjoy the beautiful wide water views across from undeveloped Smith
Mountain Lake State Park. Three bedrooms, and two extra beds in the basement office provide
plenty of room for multiple guests, as well as private space to unwind. In addition to private
sleeping accommodations on all three levels of this home, there are full baths on all three levels.

Our guests will spend their days swimming, floating, fishing, boating, and relaxing on the no-
wake zone lake, all the while working up an appetite for a dinner expertly prepared on the gas

grill, and in the fully stocked kitchen. Watch your favorite shows with Wi-fi and smart TV’s, with
comcast cable in the main level family room, both bedrooms on the main level, as well as the
basement level rec room.

Have fun in the rec room playing pool, foosball and board games. Bask in the sun with the wrap-
around deck, or lounge in the shade with the under deck patio.

Centrally located at R22, this immediate lake area has tons of room for water skiing, tubing and
wakeboarding without feeling crowded by other boats or narrow coves. We are within Walking
five minutes to the Virginia Dare Marina for a cold beverage, good food, live music, and an
opportunity to gas up the boat. Wrap up your day by roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and
sitting on the deck to stargaze.
