Upon entry, you'll meet a vaulted ceiling, a bright interior flooded with natural light. The airy atmosphere from the waterfront and open floor plan promotes togetherness so that no conversation will be lost here.
Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorites show or movies on the big screen TV. A spacious kitchen with double oven and six-burner gas range and featuring stainless steel appliance Indoor game room with pinball machine, Pac-Man arcade game and soccer tables. THINGS TO KNOW

* CHECK IN:
No earlier than 4pm. Unfortunately, we do not pre-approve for early check-in or late check-out. Our staff needs that time to prepare the home for your arrival. Once the home is ready for your arrival, we will send you a message with the door code no later than 3pm.

* INFORMATION RESOURCES:
By the stair, you will find additional information you may need for your stay. WIFI login, contact info, rules & regulations, trash pickup instructions, etc. Note, we have cable on the main TV in the living room. All other TV setup is for streaming on the "smart tv" apps.

* HOSPITALITY AMENITIES:
We do provide a starter supply of a few essentials in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. We do not restock or change linens during your visit.

* HOUSEKEEPING:
In light of COVID 19, we want you to have peace of mind that your health and safety is our priority. We have enhanced housekeeping protocols in place as recommended by the CDC to help minimize the likelihood of contamination. If you have any concerns, you should notify us upon arrival.

* POOL/GRILL:
There is a private pool. We do not provide pool towels please bring your own. Also, we have a gas grill downstair by the side of the house. Please clean grill after use.

* CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10AM

* No pet allowed at this vacation rental.
* Parking: There is parking behind the gate for up to 7 cars.
Street parking is also available.
* Security cameras: For your safety, we installed 4 cameras face the front of the house, one back of the dock, 2 in open area downstairs.
* Fishing Dock: No swimming off or around the dock, no boats are allowed. We have some fishing equipment stored underneath of the stair. Fishing at your own risk.
* Swimming pool: Children must be supervised when in the pool area, no diving in the pool. No glassware in the pool area. Swimming at your own risk.
