Remodeled cozy family house with heated pool, 10 min from the airport!

Welcome to our newly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect for your family getaway! This cozy home is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Enjoy the convenience of having 2 lakes and the beach in close proximity.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Step outside to our inviting outdoor area where you can relax and unwind. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful evening under the stars, or take a dip in our heated pool to truly unwind and relax.

We have a private apartment on the left side of the house with someone living in it. And yes, your furry friends are welcome too! We allow one pet weighing no more than 20lbs.

We have 2 cameras. One in the front door, the ring camera and one in the backyard for security purposes only. I uploaded pictures for you to see what I see.

If you're celebrating your birthday with us, we've got something special for you! The area was convenient to major stores and highways. Was a quiet neighborhood, however, its a major thoroughfare for airplanes right over head behind the home. The pool area was nice and the heated pool was an added bonus. Had an ant issue in the kitchen area that needs to be maintained but the owner sent someone out to help temporarily resolve the issue. The owner was very communicative at all times and helpful when needed. Overall a nice stay.

The house was nice and clean! It was well equipped for cooking and had all the essentials. The weather was a bit cold so we weren't able to swim but we enjoyed sitting by the pool on the warmer days. The host was easy to communicate with and replied promptly.

The Host was AMAZING!! INSTANT replies. The house is very clean, very comfortable, beautifully decorated. Has everything you can possibly ask for and need! Everything! We loved the pool. It's truly a home away from home and the entire backyard is an oasis. Perfectly manicured. Pool guy was there every few days to keep everything perfect. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Just what we were looking for and so much more. Will definitely be going back! The pictures didn't do a justice for the amazing experience! Again the Host was truly amazing and attentive! Thank you.

Spring Training vacay

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the property very much. Weather was great so the pool was a huge plus! Very impressed with the kitchen amenities and VERY well stocked. We made a large family dinner one night and had everything just like home! Host was very accommodating and available quickly with answers to our questions!! Would highly recommend this location for a family stay!!

Minor Things to NoteWe had a great stay, though there are a few quirks to keep in mind:Kitchen & Laundry: The fridge door needs to be closed in a specific way to seal properly. The laundry takes a bit of effort to get started, and while there is a steamer, there is no ironing board or mop.The Master Suite: The closet could use more hangers and has some owner items stored inside. The bathroom layout is a bit unique to allow for pool access, which is a fair trade-off, though different doors might improve the flow.Maintenance: We encountered some ants in the bathroom, and the AC reset to a higher temp on our last day (thankfully there was a backup unit). The pool cleaning also occurred during our stay, which was just a bit of bad timing.Small Details: The beds and towels are basic/functional, and the front door requires a little finessing to shut, though it locks securely.What We LovedOverall, the house was wonderful and very comfortable!Quiet & Spacious: The bedrooms and closets are huge. Despite being under a flight path, the house is so well-insulated that we didn't hear the planes while inside.Outdoor Oasis: The pool is fantastic (with floats!), the gazebo is perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor shower is a great touch.Well-Stocked: We appreciated the high-quality cutlery and the abundance of soap and shampoo. The smart TVs were also very easy to use for streaming.Final Verdict: A spacious, relaxing home. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect home away from home

Delightful decor and welcoming vibes… Loved the layout of the entire house & backyard with the pool. Perfect for a family vacation. Quiet location, and near shopping centers, beaches, and the airport. Prompt and courteous communication with the owner. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Wonderful home with a nice backyard and pool

We escaped Seattle for a few days to watch some friends competing at the final week at WEF. This house was delightful and comfortable. Great communications with the host. Highly recommended. We loved lounging by the pool.

Outstanding home!

This was a family get away and I have to say this home was great! The pool was amazing and it was clean. It could use a few more kitchen items, but you won't be disappointed with this property! I truly didn't want to leave. Even the neighbors were friendly. You will feel like you are at your own home.. Simply beautiful and cozy.. We sure do thank the host/owner for the constant communication through out our stay.

The owner is easy to reach, responds quickly, friendly, and accomidating. The washer and dryer were not working yet and he made arrangements for us if we needed to wash clothes. The house is very nice and the heated pool is great! We could tell the owner is continuing to upgrade the property. We look forward to staying again.
