The main floor features a ‘Chef’s Kitchen’ waiting for you to prepare fabulous meals. Enjoy the little extras such as a nugget ice maker, wine fridge, and K-cup pod coffee maker. An expansive patio awaits with seating for 8 at the large dining table, overhead heaters and an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, and flat-top grill. When the sun goes down, continue the evening by the large firepit with golf course views.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and walk out patio to the private hot tub. The connecting bath features a luxurious soaking tub, heated floor and oversized shower.

Upstairs you will find a second ensuite bedroom with a king bed. Additionally, there are 2 king bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. Lastly, there is a large bunkroom furnished with three extra tall twin bunk beds and a TV. The bunkroom has its own bathroom accessed from the hallway.

The garage has been converted into a game room with a heater. There are several experiences including air hockey, foosball, shuffle board, pop-a-shot, cornhole and ladder ball. Additionally, there are various pieces of sports equipment which can be used at the nearby Dawson park including pickleball, tennis and basketball.

The garage includes a Level 2 40amp electric vehicle charger with a J1772 charging plug. The charger includes a 24-foot cable which can reach several parking spots in the driveway.

*** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this home.
Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking at all times.
Age limit to book this home is 28yrs. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. Signed rental agreement will be considered the final guest count.
No animals are allowed on the property.
This property is intended for the enjoyment of the guests listed on the rental agreement. Please no large parties containing additional persons not staying at the property overnight.
We respect your privacy. The property contains 2 cameras for security. 1 camera located in the doorbell near the front door. 1 camera located on the outside of the patio roof aiming towards the golf course. This camera does not capture the hot tub area. ***
