Lovely stay overall, with a few caveats..Condo photographs well but came up slightly short in person. Pros: clean, well-stocked kitchen, towels and beach gear provided, massive dvd library, wristbands provided for access to property pools/gymCons: condo has very poor lighting throughout, mismatched kitchen bulbs (some bright/ some dim), many non-working outlets, no sleeping pillows provided for pullout, largely outdated. Would consider returning if some updates were addressed.

The unit was clean and location was good. The resort has 2 pools and a restaurant. We enjoyed lots of time at the pools on the days the surf was too high to snorkel. The place has very little lighting which makes it hard to see in the bedrooms and kitchen. We paid for a late checkout which was not communicated with housekeeping and they were knocking on the door wondering why we were still there. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stayDate of arrival - January 25, 2026

Spacious Property

The property was very spacious in a beautiful resort. The kitchen was well stocked, the property managers were very helpful and the the grounds of the resort are very well kept. We did have to pay for air conditioning but it was well worth it.

Great Location

Not directly in Kailua-Kona… but a short drive away. Was perfect for us. Lots to do around Kailua Kona. Beautiful property right on the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen. BBQ grill on deck (with which we made a great steak dinner). Restaurants, grocery store and drug store just five minutes away.
